The non-stretched hair looked fine to me. Also, if a person is having issues with the length, just pin the sides up a little. The definition will end up carrying the style.
That’s how I used to stretch mine. I’d do this at the stylist only because it leads to damage if done consistently. There are other non-heat stretching methods that are healthier for you to do on your own.
So cute. I love my Miche. I use the foam on my flexi rod sets. I get tons of compliments, including "is that all your real hair" and "your hair is beautiful." Without Miche, this wouldn't be possible. I am speaking my truth.
I would like to the products on thinner or less dense hair and someone with shorter natural hair. I have not seen you use products on this type of model. They usually have longer hair and dense hair.
Thank you for your comment! Shrinkage is certainly normal and we always encourage embracing shrinkage. However, sometimes you may want to switch it up for some length and we give that option too.
If the pineapple method doesn't work for you, you can try tying 4-5 section of your hair into loose ponytails to maintain the curls ✨🖤 Check our out page for examples on how to keep everything long lasting!
Yep, you got it. I have 4a hair and I was doing my hair like that twenty years ago to stretch it. If you want length and mad body, you blow dry it out and dampen the outside and wet the ends. Been doing these techniques for 20 plus years, my next thing is dreads!
You can maintain the look overnight by tying 4-5 sections of your hair loosely with a scrunchy. You can also use our Boost Refresher spray for some extra moisture!🖤
What is this obsession with curls and shrinkage? Why are we ashamed of our natural frizz? It's weird, we don't go through all of this in the Caribbean, and our hair is beautiful, just like hers was before all that product was added

At night, she will put her hair into 4-5 loose pineapples and cover with a bonnet in order to keep the definition and moisture 🙌🖤 With this method and these products, day 3 will look just like day 1!
@Michebeauty Yeah, but we should be " feelin it" with and without shrinkage. She stated that she didn't like the shrinkage and didn't want to go outside with her hair shrunken, but her hair was beautiful. That's why I made the statement.
