She obviously had a look at the regulations about flying a drone before coming out, but as usual didn’t read it properly. He picked the drone up to see if it had a reference number on it.
🇬🇧👁READ is a 4 letter word as far as corrupt cops are concerned, when looking at regulations. "I'm a little cop short & stout" When I open my mouth shite comes out💩👮♂️👮♀️"😂🤣😅
11:10 Good point about them having an issue, the moment they recognised you they should've gone away knowing that you would be doing everything properly and legally. And your case against the police for the false arrest would be a clue that they can't even be checking anything. And all those directives are pointless.
Do you think it should be legal to fly a drone over a police station? This behaviour will get the laws changed,so use will be restricted, and makes Drone users look bad,so when someone is seen with a drone, Police Will automatically think they are trouble I've no idea why people back up these moron's, Of course police don't know Drone law, they can't know everything
His encounter's with cops have really put the music in him...and now he's got a drone legally pushing their buttons...these uploads ARE very interesting to see the strategy the cops employ when they confront him..
Why do they always have to give advice. Could you fly into the police car park with control as it is air space and you haven't stepped onto the property?
So long as you have 'line-of-sight' (LOS) vision, not flying in CAA-controlled airspace, not over a packed crowd, and in a safe, controlled manner, not startling or scaring anyone, with a sub 250gm drone, then AFAIK, then yes. Anyone know any other restrictions?
Interesting vid NNY, the two cops were pleasant enough but still trying to tell you what you can or cannot do, very subtly though. Glad you had the arrest there as an NFA and you can now do them for false arrest and false imprisonment along with assault. You have the video evidence to prove it was malicious. Keep the vids up.
The cop’s pretending to be friendly as he looks closely at you drone. Was he looking for evidence in the hope that he could find a reason to arrest you? Or was he genuine? I guess the former. It’s programmed into them at head office.
Obviously both, he was actually interested as many people are because drones are cool...as any normal being would obviously take the time to look at it closer for evidence. Doesn't have to be more than that...
We need to never help these crooks. They are the enemy of the people and make stuff up they are ignorant. She’s got the aircraft detail up not drone detail probably intentionally ignoring the letter of the law.
@@stevegray1308 25kg is a catagory and maybe she had just read that on her tablet and mis-spoke with the number in her mind. i'll give her the benefit of the doubt as the drone regs online are very ''spaghetti'' and i have trouble with them myself
They manage to misquote the law governing drones and give pointless directives. Guessing the weight of 249 grams by picking up the drone was pathetic. All smiles and friendly, THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND.
Nice video NNY those two officers seemed quite pleasant better conversation when they already know you .. Pity they can’t talk in this manner with every auditor maybe if they try getting to know them in a polite manner instead of massaging their egos things would go a lot smoother for all.👍👍👍👍
NNY you have the patience of a bloody saint , how you put up with these Fools who repeatedly say ". We haven't got an issue " when as you say they obviously have an issue. Grinds my gears every time you encounter them .
Great video and I learnt a bit ,,how do you get audio on from where you were standing ,,,just got my mini 2 and never flown a drone in my life and I wanted to record audio from the ground as you did
She can't stop copsplaining....she just can't help herself....shut her right up when you proved her wrong🤣🤣🤣🤣she hit the nail on the head ..just the way she is she can't help pushing people around and trying to find a way to record information about us the public .. disgusting
11:25 what about all the people driving cars next to a police station?! Why aren't they stopping those people too!? Those drivers could be scoping out the station for tarrorest activities (misspelled on purpose)
If you're ever around Wiltshire, re: Boscombe Down, Porton Down, Stonehenge, crop circles, Mil camps, etc. and you need a Yorkshire-born observer, equiped with a Mini 3, GoPro, gimbled camera phone, and a couple of other mini stealth (RC aircraft) cameras, aviation transciever with ops license, then pls get in touch.
@@a-bootiful-mind6648 , brilliantly said and I totally agree with you. I used to respect the Police, and aged 19, I was accepted into the Metropolitan Police. At Hendon, I started the training and realised that I had made a huge mistake. After seven weeks, I left and the male recruits were really impressive. I cannot stress how much the recruitment has changed. At the time, the enrollment was so strict and I saw brilliant candidates who had to leave. This was because they couldn't climb a robe and jump their distance etc. It took me two attempts to pass the psychical and I cannot believe the status of Officers now. Even the height and weight restrictions have changed. I always wanted to become a WPC in London and thankfully I had a career change. Thank you for your replies and I send my best wishes. X
@@a-bootiful-mind6648 , caring for the psychological and well-being of people, is such a demanding job. You must be so proud of your brother. I've really enjoyed reading your comments. Haha, I will certainly look after number one, and especially my wonderful family. Look after yourself and I send my very best wishes! X
They always like to have the last word, 'cept they don't know too much, so traffic advice is not too taxing on their their five neurons and three synapses -- especially when their advice is to '... _not stand in the way of the traffic_ ...'
14:30 "we just need to come out" - but what about all the drivers!?! Drivers kill over 3000 people every day!!! They are about 100,000,000 times more dangerous than a pedestrian with a drone. What an enormous bias, they have. Such hubris.
Good video and interaction. Of course, any visit to Holmfirth requires a visit to the church graveyard to pay respects to Bill Owen (Compo) and Peter Sallis (Clegg). A cuppa at Sid's Cafe is also a must. An interesting small Yorkshire town.
Under 25kg 🤣🤣🤣. Be careful taking off before you have enough satellites locked buddy. Why didn't you zoom in on the officer as the drone has 4 x zoom in 1080p or 2 x in 4k 👍
Have they checked on the law before coming out with this claim? I'm sure you have D J😎 EDIT...as someone kindly pointed out it's not D J's drone 'David' but is NNY. I must be watching to many audits. Auditors, can you help me and personalise the look of your drones, bit of a colour design or flag drawn on.😆😎
Female Po Lice must have or she's got some powerful mobile as she pulled up the legislations with one touch of her chubby finger's. So had it ready for the contact with News Now Yorkshire.
@@MyPhone-jd9bm oh! I might not have been paying attention. DJI s are pretty stable and fairly easy to fly. And the mavic series are just insane. Love it.
Why do Cops on both sides of the Pond have to give useless idiotic advice, warning, directives. They just have to feel they are imparting some type of authority.
All those houses towards the end with solar panels on, you have to appreciate the optimism of folk in Holmfirth; it’s never done nowt but piss it down every time I’ve ever been there!
you are way too polite and nice i tell you if i had been arrested multiple times for no crime i would be using a much more colorful language and im spanish so i have a huge repertoire of words that are not bulgar yet incredibly descriptive
One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest: Even though its perfectly legal (at the moment) most p0lice officers don't half take serious umbrage to drones being flown over their secret den! You'd think you were about to drop an atomic bomb on them! Talk about stirring up a hornet's nest!
I don't understand why he doesn't say something like " And you be careful next time you eat spaghetti. " when they start telling him to be careful while doing something legal, or, " Three weeks. " when they ask how long you're going to be carrying out your legal act. Surely all pleasantries go out window once they start digging for the sake of it, especially when one of them is already up to speed on the what, where and whys.
