If one quotes a statement and you ask wether the questioned agrees with that or not, but does not give a straight answer, one could ask a few questions: Are you of good health? Are you of sound mind? Do you have problem with hearing? Do you have an issue with short term memory? Do you trust your ears? If none of the questions is answered with "no" then the conclusion must be they don't want to answer. In court this would probably lead to be held in contempt. Because let's face it, you can answer all questions with yes or no, since it's perfectly reasonable to qualify the answer. "No, I don't agree with this statemen, I do only agree with this part" is a perfectly valid answer.

The truth is just the opposite. I would want to review and researach on my own what the actual "fact" he claims to support. Agreeing with something that you cannot substantiate would only promote runner hawley agenda.

The Head of State and the Congress Committe cannot be forced or comply to pretending as if that is legal. The Attorney General of California states that he protects the People and file lawsuits for the State collectively and compensation can be granted. Where is our compensation. Why are those of us who been won our cases are not compensated. Why is the Head of State and the Congress Committe allowing some Unions that have long-term Representatives pretend as if they do not know how to file our grievances for compensation and what kind of questions should be asked working long-term. All of these are criminal actions as well. These criminal actions cannot just be considered civil.
