No they won't, the case law says property owners don't own the airspace indefinitely. That's to allow for manned aircraft flying over. But auditors are totally WRONG when they say properties don't own the airspace. They do...but the altitude is not defined.

@@auditnerd8767 take a look at an aeronautical chart. The airspace is often controlled from SFC - xxx ft. SFC = Surface.

@Brian Mooney Because he's not a real auditor, I mean what kind of daft twit doesn't know that in a fire alarm the magnetic locks and turnstiles would automatically disengage once the fire alarm is active He invades the space, he paces around a workplace for hrs looking for a reaction, someone that doesn't like a camera pointed at them from some random person and he basically films their reactions. You can see in some business people look out of the windows and tell him to stop filming them, he's a greifer, he hounds people trying to earn a living for reactions. Under the guise of audits. He has no idea. You see minutes of reactions, that bloke is outside them business for hours looking for this content its not instantaneous.

@@tehjejem Yeah I have since called the city and they told me to call them when it happens again. They do need to observe it personally though, a photo will not be enough. So while the pumping takes a good ten minutes, I'm not sure 'Handhaving' will ever get here on time to witness it, but I'll try :D

It's slightly worrying that most of the security guards(security!!!!!) are branded as one of the groups we have to keep an eye on.. Especially in places like Telford or Rotherham.....
