It's real simple it's only about 4 minutes top. Don't listen to this man You want to get to your dashboard without your PS3 controller follow this: 1. Turn off your PlayStation 3 2. Take out the hard drive from the PS3 ( Real simple just unscrew one screw and take it out like a game disc.) 3. Turn on your PlayStation 3 WITHOUT your hard drive and let it sit for 1 minute. 4. Go ahead and turn it off and then insert your hard drive back in and turn on your PlayStation 3. You should see the normal PlayStation 3 screen appear right in front of you once you turn it back on with the hard drive in. And you're done
