THIS IS BIG!!!! Thank you Tom for helping me realize the Sabbath is where I am right now! Recently I threw my hands up,having been frustrated by my 3D and just said F- it. I'm done, I'm already in the Sabbath,I am in Barbados, I don't care what I'm being shown. And little by little I came to accept the conditions of my 3d and just not react at all,giving everything no meaning. I let go of the attachment of wanting to fix everything and being frustrated by life happening and now I feel at peace with what's happening. I'm already seeing improvements to my 3d. I can't thank you enough because you helped me big-time get here.

Yes, sometimes the processes becomes processes in themselves, right? Even "being present" can take on unnecessary layers of complexity. Lol. This video really helps to clarify why processes can feel inspiring and joyful -- not like "processes," really -- and manifestations come naturally and effortlessly. Because they are infused with the "I AM THAT" state and you are instantly merging with your desire. Whereas when they turn into obsessions and you're constantly second-guessing yourself (endlessly fine-tuning the swing circle), you're coming from the state of "I am not."
