Does anyone else notice that mayorkis looks at Durbin for help after every Cruz question? When Cruz pens him in with yes/no, true/false or give a number answers and denies speeches and filibustering he always glances up at durbin for about a second or two. And Durbin needs to go. It is not up to the committee chairman to act as defense council for the witness . . . but he always does. He does it with Kennedy, too. While he has mayorkis squirming, wish Cruz would ask him if he knows who pays his salary because those are the ones who really, REALLY want these answers.
