I have a Mexican girlfriend, a few things I've noticed about Mexican women, is that: They love to cook, partying is also another thing they absolutely love, and family is VERY VERY important, she also loves spicy food (That's a huge win, I do too) she always dresses well and cares about how she looks like for the day, I love it when she talks to me in Spanish, for sure one of the most cute and beautiful things I've ever heard, I love her so so much, and I really want to marry her one day

That's a similar cultural thing with Latin Women in general (even Latin-Americans whose families are true to their roots, often from Mexico or Venezuela). One thing I've noticed about many Latin women (that this video hits spot on), they take things slow with romantic relationships, like no sex until monogamy, and mean it. All the Latinas I've dated, we literally "slept" together before actual consummating our relationship. But, once you all are committed, you have a true companion ready to sit in the passenger seat of your life, and she'll defend you to the ends of this earth.

The partying for sure. I do _not_ have a Mexican girlfriend, but all my neighbors are. It is a nonstop party around here. 24/7 loud music, cars coming and going, and by midnight drunk people screaming. I can only imagine being with someone who would want to go to all of these parties. I don't, so I should probably stay away from Mexican women and not be a buzzkill, people I don't have the energy

Met some Turkish truck drivers while I was overseas in Iraq many years ago. Very hospitable people, they gave me some hot tea while I was pulling guard duty on a freezing winter night and I gave them some cigarettes in exchange. It's a good thing that one of them had a pocket translator because we wouldn't have been able to communicate verbally otherwise.

That's one thing I've seen quite a bit in Latin women in general (even Latin-American women) they take romantic relations slow. Not uncommon for it to be a month of casual dates before you all agree to be monogamous (expect a group date and/or a double-date with her bff & her bf), and then comes the sex. Despite popular media portrayal, Latinas (not all, of course) tend to have a conservative mindset to their romantic relationships (often with a Catholic undertow).

My current GF is Mexican. We’re without a doubt made for each other. She is the sweetest most loving woman I’ve ever had. She helped me get through my divorce and never wavered. Her and I have been close friends for 3 years. She told me when we first met I’m never leaving you because I love you. I thought she was crazy but the reality is she hasn’t. We continue to grow stronger and the passion is off the charts. I’ve never loved like I’ve loved her. I love this video! It might not fit every Mexican or Mexican-American perfectly, but I think this is 100% accurate on my behalf. People get so butt hurt nowadays if things don't completely agree with them, but kinda hard to perfectly describe thousands of women.

Funny thing, she basically had a free ticket to the U.S.A. with me but she would not leave her family in Mexico for a better life here. I am sure her mother played a major roll in her not getting married and moving with me to the States. Anyhow, back to this video. My number # 1 thing that made me crazy, is what I call " Mexican Time ".... If you want people to be on time to a gathering at 9 pm then you better tell them it starts at 7 pm. And yes time is of no importance. 3 am, 4 am and yes, I even seen the sun start to rise before the last person has left.

I could add some more from my personal experience (I’m mexican). 1) You might get to know all her huge family even before you’ve thought about something serious. Be prepared. The aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, parents, brothers and you might be asked several questions. 2) Have a sense of humour. In general, Mexicans are very “carrilludos” (they like to joke a lot between each other). A lot of times remaining quite, observing, might be enough for her to know she doesn’t want a turned off guy like you. 3) Aware of impuntuality. We Mexicans have a different sense of time. Don’t take it personal if she is not on time to some place. We also say a lot “ahorita” (right now) to describe an event in the future without giving a concrete time to when it will actually happen (it won’t happen right away, ironically).

They drove the old-fashioned poibt way too hard. I mean kisses on the cheek are what Mexican women do instead if shaking hands. It's not sexual intimacy that determines the involvement, it's when we take you to meet our family that means that we've decided to get invested.
