これ見て早速先週家族で行ってきました！ 14時前だったけど、満席でした。 家族全員頼んだもの全て本当に美味しかったです。 お店の方の愛嬌ある接客と、さりげない気遣いがあってまた行きたくなるお店でした。 この仕込みを見て、開店準備見ていったから余計ありがたく美味しくいただけました！

There is just something so satisfying watching eggs get put in the hot soup! I always put the video on extra slow to watch the egg "bloom" in the broth! It's a delicious work of art!
