There is just something so satisfying watching eggs get put in the hot soup! I always put the video on extra slow to watch the egg "bloom" in the broth! It's a delicious work of art!
In the US Thai and Chinese restaurants have vegetarian menus. I wonder if that's a normal practice in Japan and China or do you have to take what they give you?
