What a confusing game. Red was doing so great, and then basically did NOTHING most of the game. And then Blue quit because he didn't like his opponent. My emotions are everywhere.

Reminds me of a time when I was a kid playing AoE2. I had a semi-functional build order I used against my dad and he was so sure that I was cheating to get to feudal early, that he made my brother go into my room and watch me when we played out next match. My brother confirmed for him that I was not in fact, cheating 🤣

The most awesome thing was those villagers of both players casually mining same gold.

I like the chat because its like a live audience/talkshow host kind of thing for me where I can see reactions, but I admit chat often veers off-topic and doesn't always talk about the game.

He only needs to get his vils production up to speed (he has the TCs), mass ressources, keep his army where Blue is making his dungeon instead of moving it so far away every time, mass more of it with the better resources flow he'll have thanks to having more vils, and MAKE RAMS. With rams and a few knghts to protect them, he can push this back so easily. I don't know if he has a good access to gold, but if he has, and with enough vils, he could start massing conqs at the same time ro raid a little bit while he stops the push. I don't play online and I would probably be Low Elo too if I was, but watching all these videos clearly helps me see what Red can do to win. this is a good LEL showcase i think. You have the one player who just tower rushes, and while effective, doesn't know how to transfer out of it. And then you have the player who has better fundamentals, but they get tunnel vision/freeze/get frustrated. I mean red could have just built one siege ram and backed it up with his conq/calv and repelled all the donjons. But they sat on their resources all game sooooo Edit: Also i'll add i feel like spanish hard counter Sicilians. Since gunpowder units don't do bonus damage. And they are the gunpowder civ

Dude! I love spectating low, mid, and high ELO games. I do it all the time. You can see both teams chat + signals, and there's been at least a few times now where one player accused another one of having the spectator on their side.

Murder holes are holes in the floor of the top towers, looking down, allowing you to drop stones and burning oil onto an attacker. Arrow slits are the vertical slits that ...allow you to fire arrows out of them (Very difficult to get a retaliatory arrow into such a slit). Thus Murder holes and arrow slits are completely different.

Red will easily get to 1k elo if he works on continued production in castle age onward. Such a solid start and kept expanding very well under pressure.

33:08 an Arrow Slit is *_VERY_* different than a Murder Hole. murder holes were placed in/at/above entryways and were used to fire upon, or dump substances on invaders at the entry of the fort/hold/keep/castle. arrow slits/arrow loops were placed typically in towers, but they were facing outward to allow firing at troops that were some distance from the walls.

I wonder how many LEL games end with accusations of hacking! 🤔 Also, I actually like this CaptureAge a bit more! It's cleaner and more focused, especially the top center panel. I like all of the info in newer versions of CA, though, and the team game overlay is awesome. I just wish the 1v1 CA overlay looked more like this.

I think Blue is used to winning with the Dunjon strat and didnt know about the spanish build bonus. So he thought wtf I should win this, and when he didnt he fell for the ever daunting thought. "If Im loosing my opponent MUST cheat" 🤣 Fun game! Well commented too! 😎 Oh and Arrowslits DO affect Dunjons as well as Towers sadly not Castles. Castles have Heated Shot 😜which is useless on this map.

In Minecraft Mini-game Servers in recent years, it is usually the hackers that hackusate to direct the attention of every other player onto an innocent player, when they spectate. It goes so ridiculous that even when the hacker is captured into a debate, they will no-brain the conversation into a hackusate match that makes them firmly believe that they're not the one blatantly hacking.

Hey T90, I just turned 31 and I can say the way your body feels while 30 is mostly built upon what you’ve done in your 20s. You definitely notice when you’re tired and it’s a bit harder to get away with bad habits. Late-night gaming sessions are not really possible without building up sleep in advance or accepting that you’ll feel like crap the next few days. I don’t really watch streams live anymore since I prefer watching to focused content, but maybe that’s just me

that donjen rush early game was so easy to counter red just didnt know what to do lmao... dude had a castle and could build 2 trebuchets and demolish them before he got 4. they could set yo beside the castle and they would be able to hit while being protected.

back in my day, we usually rush castle age at 19m, some even reached at 15m, and its pretty normal when u play with a team, one will focus on resource, one for defense, and one for attack, 2 teams of three and we have 3-5 hours game long, pretty normal anyway. I myself can rush castle age at 21m since its a bare minimum to play alone, its standard of +15 yrs ago.

Blue just knows slow Donjon rush but doesn't know what to do later The only difference in the game was that Sergeants or pikemen cannot destroy Trebs under castles but Cavalier can.

This is something people will not tell you, but after you turn 30, people just start respecting you in public. Every year after 30 you grow as a distinguished man, and for merely having existed for more than 3 decade people will listen and consider your input, even if it is really dumb and without merit. You become more and more respectable just by being yourself and continuing to live. No one tells you this, but it's the secret truth of manhood.

On African Clearing I always have the problem that my fish traps don't work or stop working (playing with Malay). Even if i just have 1 ship and 1 trap per lake. I have this issue on NO OTHER map! Does anyone have a similar experience?
