What would it do to the performance if you put a quiet muffler of a bike like these?

well after doin my valves, bike want even start i just get kick back on every kick now and sprain my ancle any ideas?

Did you get the bike that tall or did you get a kit to make it taller? Mine is so low and has crappy suspension
