APOLLO DIRTBIKE | NO SPARK | STATOR HOW-TO 

I'm actually just here because I was driving behind you in Port Wentworth and saw your sticker on your truck last Wednesday, it took me until Friday to actually get bored enough to look up your RU-vid channel lol.

Not sure if this matters but the tab for the pick up on the flywheel is in a different spot that the original based on the key for the shaft. The original tab is about 1 oclcock in reference to the key and the new one is at the three o'clock position. will that mess with the firing / timing?

Hey! I’m learning about pit bike engines and have a 8yr old that i’ve replaced everything from carb, clutch lever, throttle lever and cable etc but after finally adjusting the clutch. When i kick down it’ s not smooth and feels like one stiff pressurized motion, I’m thinking its the crankshaft but could it be the stator/cdi box?

Hey I need some help I have a set 125 and I replaced the carb with a knock off mikuni vm22 when I installed it the bike ran first kick it stretched the powerband and it ran good until I turned it off now it will not start, I don’t wanna Change the jets the only thing I think it off is the throttle needle clip it has 5 settings in at 3500ft what should I set it at?

I have the same bike and rode it for under 50 miles in a span of 2-3 months and couldn’t ride it after and left it sitting outside under a tarp for about 7-8 months and it won’t start but when I use the kickstart I can hear the gas rumble a little do yk what it is?

Did you fit a new oil seal to the shaft? That was the main oil leak right…? 👍

So I took my dirtbike mudding and in the middle of the mud my dirtbike turned off and hasn’t started since I took my whole dirtbike apart dumped out all of the gas took my nibbi carburetor off cleaned it and I took my engine off and took the engine apart drain all the oil and then I put everything back together put new oil in it and new gas and it’s still not starting and now there’s something leaking out of my bike and idk what it is and it still won’t start and it has compression but not as good as it should do you know any reason why it wouldn’t be starting still or what would be leaking out of my engine?

My bike won’t start anymore I rode it about 2 minutes turned off . I started it again and it rode for another 2 minutes now it won’t start at all.. what can it be?

Can you fix my output shaft. Because that’s what you told me was wrong with it. Please I just got my dirtbike it a 125 dbx18 only had it for 4months would be glad to get back on it and ride.

We’re did you get that stator and will it fit my taotao 125?

Thx so much bro I just bought a new bike and they didn’t list any porblmes with it and when it wouldn’t start I was like wtf and then I messaged the guy and he said the stator needed to be changed and I was like wtf is a stator😭😭😭🙏🏻

Does the magneto part that sticks out on the out side have to south the small sener on the stator plate?

Whats that black plug thing above the gear with the chain on the engine part mine got wire coming out of it to the stator and a new black plug?

There is a Apollo dealership near me and I would like to get a dirt bike but I just can't afford some of those high priced ones would you recommend me getting a 125CC Apollo they are pretty cheap would it be good for a beginner

I have a few week old Apollo z20 max that has no spark. Do you think it's the stator already? Maybe something got loose in the wiring harness instead? I did install a new carb and protaper bars. Maybe I broke the Killswitch or unplugged something while installing ?

I wasted a whole week thinking my stator was bad because it was contaminated with oil. Apollo 250. Finally found out that was Stator was supposed to have oil. Thank You for wasting my time by making this kids utube video. In future do more research before posting a video. Oil does not conduct electricity.
