When we use a normal shampoo we always wash our hair 2 times but When using clarifying shampoo DONT USE IT FOR TWO WASHES! For the first wash use the clarifying shampoo and in the second wash use your normal shampoo.

As a hairstylist of nearly a decade, I can share with you you, that you are not supposed to apply strong shampoo on your hair. I have seen hair lines of many individuals, and I spotted that folks who were using strong shampoos generally had weak hairline. So I suggest only to use natural shampoo only. I personally use and recommend to apply litttleextra coconioon shampoo only. Also, do warm oil massage two times a week as it improves circulation and stimulates healthy hair growth.

Oily scalp ke liye clarifying shampoo important hota hai kyuki uspe grease or build up kaafi zyada hojata hai jisse hair follicles block ho sakte hai. Or rahi baat hairline weak hone ki to bta du ki ye shampoo strong hote hai or inka bhi tareeka hota hai use karne hai. Weak mein 1-2 baar se zyada use karna nahi hai or baaki time ek mild shampoo use karna hota hai. App apne experience se bata rahi jabki aapko koi scientific knowledge nahi hai or ye apni knowledge se bata rahi hai dono mein difference hai. Shayad aap ki scalp oily nahi hoti hogi itna lekin unse pucho jinki shampoo ke next day hi scalp bhot zyada oily hojati hai

Wrong, all these things are just myths fear mongering things which started from the past 5-6yrs alongwith SLS free crap, shampoo whenever u want for a healthy scalp, don't use 2in1 shampoo, I restarted shampooing daily from last year & switched to sulfate shampoo, my Hairfall reduced & hair condition improved alot, don't fell for this myths spread by pseudo scientists, just like u clean your body face bcz of sweat dirt, hair also needs same care

Use Scalp cleansers instead whenever you want (daily walla)! i have oily scalp so after workout, i feel ew. I regularly use this then tend to use regular shampoo. Once a week , clarruying shampoo

Im not bashing or demafing her but this is ehat i have experienced and tried and tested in these years my opinion : I think all these are just marketing gimics for introducing new products the chronology u see in these past years 1st sulphates are bad we should not use it, Oiling is bad, Use sulphate free shampoo or else ull have diseases And then u start getting all the buidlups and hairfall then there they go again....now u need to use a clarifying shampoo to remove the buildup that was caused due to suplhate free shampoo that is not able to clean scalp properly..... Glycolic acid salicylic acid all these can be used on hair without any issue bt u know sulphates are bad......🫠😐

Earlier we used to use just one shampoo conditioner oiling routine and everything was just fine but these influences and online markets have washed our brains into believing soo much myths...it's high time now that atleast doctors should take a stand for beauty industry and stop this routines getting sold on reels...if anyone related this then pls give their opinions too on this and correct me if I'm wrong...rest apologies for this negative comment on ur video just pissed by this internet trend!
