OPEN for ingredients! Chewy udon tossed in a spicy, meaty tomato-based sauce - I call this Spicy 'Bolognese' Udon but I don’t actually know what to call this easy udon noodle dish done in 15 minutes!

Ingredients:
- 400g or 2 Servings Udon
- 200g Ground Beef
- 1/2 a medium Onion
- 1-2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes (adjust to preference)
- 2 tbsps Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- A handful of Bok Choy
- Spring Onions for garnishing
- 1 tbsp Oil
