Words of caution because this is a VERY sweet recipe. Reduce the amount of sugar (or skip it altogether) if you don’t want it to be overly sweet. The honey will do just fine. If you don’t have an oven you can also dry fry it. Preheat your pan and cook the chicken on low heat. Cover with the lid. 10-15 minutes each sides.
It's better if you boil the tomatoes and chilies and mix it in blender like salsa and add chunks of garlic on blender mix. Then fry the eggs like pancakes then add the tomato mix.
