The best way is to grill the buns, microwave the burgers, get some lettuce and tomato, remove burgers from microwave, put the cheese on the patty then assemble the burger. Takes the same time but tastes twice as good.
the cheese should melt all over the burger, that is how cheese burgers should be, replace the cheese with a chopped slice of cheddar cheese and microwave the cheese and burger together, but season the burger first with salt and pepper and then add the cheese and then microwave it. Grill buns (Or toast them if you can't be arsed to grill), add some lettuce, tomato, then the burger and cheese, then season a tiny bit more, then some grilled onion and then the top bun. But at this point you just take the hole point away from the rustlers burger (a quick and easy meal), at this point you should just make your own burger from scratch
All that effort to get skewers and folding the cheese like what the hell 🤣 just do what you said. Gotta toast dem buns or they end up chewy or soggy. It's the best way to do it.
Usually buy feasters microwave burger but supermarket have replaced with rustlers . I usually just microwave the whole bun and burger with feasters as per instructions . However i noticed with my first rustlers burger instructions were to toast bun and put burger itself in microwave where as i would rather just microwave the bun and burger at same time as was happy with feasters.
Good idea with the skewers! Tho, here's another way to avoid that dreaded sog. Take the buns off and stick them in the toaster while the patties are cookin' in the nuke box. When the burgers and buns are done while they're still nice n hot, go ahead and slather that sauce between them beef coasters with that floppy yellow anti-cheese on top, put it all together and the heat should be enough to warm the sauce and melt your cheese without becoming tongue scarring magma. You can also scarf it down much sooner without having to wait on the cooling process and you got yourself a nice crispy grilled taste from the toasted buns too! Boy Howdy that sounds good! 👌😋🍔👏😵
@@WeAreThePeople1690 christ didnt expect a reply so fast considering the amount of time that had passed lol, cheers. ill try it out next time i get my hands on em I only toast the buns so far, but that alone increased the quality of the burgers by an unbelievable amount
Just spent 2 days reprogramming every computer in the jag with sdd, with the occasional rustlers break. Subscribed, despite putting cheese and sauce prior to nuking it being an act of great evil.
I cook the burgers on there own for a minute then put it in the buns add cheese and sauce and microwave for about 30-40 seconds. Stops the bottom bun getting hot and too chewy
OH NO!!! The stupid word "patties" has worked itself into the mind of one of my fellow countrymen - NOOOOO! Leave the Yanks to their "patties" and "potties" - we English have SENSIBLE WORDING.
Excellent tips, *Leon.* I found turning the entire burger upside down halfway through stops the bottom bun becoming hard but your method seems superior. I will give it a try next time I subject myself to a *Rustler* or *Feasters* snack.
No! Burger patty in microwave for 1:30 minuets and put the fucking bread in the toaster!! :D also no cheese in microwave the patty is already hot enough to melt it once its cooked
Was that a joke? You do not put the cheese and sauce on before it goes in the microwave so you are telling me when you make a normal burger you put the cheese and sauce in it whilst it cooks 😂😂😂
All you need to do buns in toaster patty in microwave dab patty off with kitchen roll and clean plate get buns out of toaster layer of sauce spread over each bun patty on the bottom bun cheese onto patty and then seal off with top bun
Good idea with the skewers but even better is to grill the burger add chopped lettuce and sliced tomato when it's assembled takes practically the same time and tastes soooooo much better
Buns in toaster for a short while, burgers in microwave, I then put burgers under grill for a 1-2 minutes with the cheese on top, put small amounts of mustard, mayo, ketchup and the burger sauce on buns and add some red onion. Job done, improves the taste x5
Of course he's read the instructions like everybody else who's ever had a cheap microwavable burger. This is his way of making it a less shitty microwavable burger. Dumb. Ass.
Cook the burger and bun upside down so the bottom doesn't go soggy. The top will but don't worry because after you've finished nuking it turn it right side up. The bottom will be fine and the heat from the top of the burger will cause the top of the bun to dry out in around a minute. Then add the sauce and cheese.
what the hell, you don't know how to microwave rustlers burgers? Just nuke the patty, and toast the bun seperately, then assemble afterwards. literally adds about 20s extra to assemble.
Thumbs up... here I am being lazy trying to figure out how to reheat a leftover burger and I stumble on the most British thing I've ever seen on RU-vid, glorious!
See, I find the best way is to hit the pan with high heat and Brown a generous amount of butter and garlic cloves. Baste the depressed pre cooked patty in it for about 2 minutes, turning half way through basting throughout. Now put your sauce and cheese slice on the burger and put to one side, leaving the plastic cheesey artificial deliciousness to melt and hug around the patty. Lay your buns in the hot pan to soak up any remaining butter from the pan, and press gently until they're left with a lightly toasted golden brown crust. Assemble from there.
I'm sure that you're supposed to put the sauce and cheese in afterwards? Lol. I might have to try it this way though. Sounds good! 🙂. I don't agree with people saying about toasting the bun though. I used to do it. You end up with a plate full of grease and the burger is quite dry. Its healthier but takes the quality away from the burger
