1 qt. canned potatoes
or 4 potatoes cut in chunks
oil in pan
olive oil 1 T.
garlic
paprika
onion powder
thyme
parsley
1/2 cup panko
400 25 minutes for canned
35 to 40 for raw potatoes
fried corn
4 cups fresh or frozen corn
1 /2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 to 2 T. bacon grease
crispy bacon opt.
salt, pepper
1 t. minced garlic
