The week of Halloween you should do “Cakeoweek” where everyday for that week you post a mini cake that’s Halloween or fall themed! This may be stupid but I thought it would be so cool! You could do like a mini leaf, pumpkin, witch etc.. you could even do it for Christmas!
I know this will get beried. But I just got to say something. I've always been a creative person, so I've always loved to bake and create things, but I've never had a right outlet or any knowledge of the baking world. Several years ago I was stuck home to to mental reasons, when I found Yolanda's channel. Peppermint mega cake was the first video of hers I watched and I was in love! I didn't know people could make such incredible things with cake! It was because of this channel that I found the online baking community and realized what I wanted to achieve in life. I was able to get my GED and this year I'll be heading to a culinary school where I want to specify in pastry. Thank you Yolanda for helping me find my calling and showing me I can be creative and express myself with baking!😁 P.S. I hate flies to!

I have a fun fact for orhan Eggs are shaped the way they are because the shape helps withstand the pressure of being laid without cracking. You can test it by wrapping your entire hand around the egg so you’re holding it in your fist, and them squeeze as hard as you can and it won’t break.
Here's a question I have always had, what do you do with all these cakes after the video? Cuz there's no way y'all just eat it everytime? Do you have a cake program and whoever wants it someone delivers it. Like I'm so interested in what you and others do
I know I'm months late here, but... As far as I know, Yolanda has never mentioned what she does with the cakes she makes, but a couple of other cake-making RU-vidrs I watch have. One says her family, including husband and 3 kids, eat some and then she divides the rest up and takes a chunk to each of her neighbours (which must be wonderful if you happen to BE her neighbour). The other said he donates his cakes to the local refuge, which I think is a really amazing thing to do with them. I expect Yolanda does some variation on these, but it would be nice to actually know what she does (or did) with them.

Everything was precise. Everything looked like the real thing. My mind kept believing that the butter cake was actual butter. That cocoa powder hill in a bowl was authenticity at it's best. And those cute little eggs were so cute and little! 🥚💜💕

The level of perfection you go for in these cakes is what I've always admired all these years. And this one didn't disappoint too! I mean, I was already blown away by seeing you get the exact icing color for the butter cake.....but then the idea of a making the parchment paper indents 🔥🔥🔥💯
