Ain't that stupid? She threatened to kill his mother, which he had the tape, when he said he doesn't have the money to pay right away, because he had to hire someone else to complete the job.. All of this is utter bullshit and this judge is nowhere near the right direction to justice, in this very case . Why does telling a man to shut up and get out and I don't want to hear anything from you,is so empowering to women? when he haven't done anything disrespectful in my opinion, other than saying one or two words sometimes, when that bitch calling him utter freaking words was perfectly reasonable.. The only thing that was rational in this shitty session, was when the man said the judge didn't let him say what he has to say, or hear anything, and already lost her cool and forgot about the things he said before ..I feel Terrible..
For everyone saying that "he didn't get to talk." the dude explained his argument which is "she didn't do the work" but also agreed that he promised to pay her and didn't tell her he wasn't going to pay her, until the end of the job. That's like firing someone at the end of the week for being lazy and then not paying for the week they were there. No amount of talking will change the fact that he broke the contract.
This judge is a Fucking disgrace, more interested in the color of her mf hammer than what she wanted to smash it with.. she's far way from justice, that's why she runs divorce court now, solving married couples divorce issues.. And she is way more disrespectful to the man than he was to the court... Her courtroom is not a place where you can get unbiased non partial justice.. And her way of solving the case, without being disrespectful to anyone at all, giving importance to each answer of her questions when they make sense,and seeing through facade, is priceless.. I want to shine light on the fact that the woman suing for $300 was not only respectful, she was clear and concise with every answer she gave. She didn't fill her responses with useless commentary nor bad jokes. On the other side was a man that had absolutely no respect for women. Anyone watching knows that he would not have disrespected a male judge the way he disrespected the judge, the other litigant, nor her representative. Disgusting.

The winning of a case depends on the lawyer yes, but it depends mostly on how the client show themselves as, the problem with the jury is that people are biased and if they find one thing that they don't like about either the plaintiff or the defendant, their minds are set then and there

Judge Lynn Toler is a Phonemenal Beautiful Woman she is so remarkable and Explains each case, explicitly also very few minded to hear both parties of the case. @@jaidenlove4897 No one's going to bring back Power of Attorney, unfortunately. It was a crazy expensive series because the lawyers were major, major big names/high profile lawyers. They had Johnnie Cochran, Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden (OJ prosecutors), Gloria Allred and a bunch of others. Part of it, too, is we really don't have that kind of high profile lawyer anymore.
