at least Georgie had a good job and was earning good money. he just wanted some free time do to what he wanted to do. what's wrong with that? and what's so wrong with him giving dad some of his money to help pay to fix the A/C in the truck? why did dad take offense to that?
Refusing to mow the lawn if your Father tells you to is plain disrepect. If my Father asked me to mow the lawn I'd do it straight away@@matthewrivera5923
Unless your a kid and your not the one feeding your family thats a good money for small work. Its not like he will be working for 8hrs for a lawn and they even have it in a lawn mower and not manual labor.
I was getting $2 a week allowance in 1979 and that would only buy me two packs of cigarettes for the week and that wasn't cutting it! But in the summertime I'd get a CETA job in California making $2.10 an hour! The first thing I bought was a new boombox from radio shack! 😎👍
@@SoapinTrucker no allowance so I was working cigarettes were 20cents for filtered and 19 cents unfiltered! In the navy I paid 11 cents a pack at sea in port the charged fed tax! So glad I quit there damn near $8 a pack and my twin died from them !
I laugh everytime Mary's eyes bulge out of her head over something someone in her family does or says! It's hilarious! I don't like that she focuses only on Sheldon. She has 2 other kids!!
My Dad used to push his weight around and had me do his sucky chores. Paid me $20 for chores and that wasn't a weekly thing. After 19 years of him being an @$$ he's most likely in a gutter
George: "I'm proud of him. If he's not a pain in my (neck)." Me: For that you're proud? I'm sorry to tell you, Georgie did things way better than Sheldon.
