He does cough into the mic, hits he mic, talks over or interrupts and cuts people off every time they are saying something he doesn't like or any time they get close to discussing his own unlawful meeting, obstruction, or misconduct so they can't make a record of it! Another attorney I follow said he does it so that the court reporter won't be able to determine what was said when the transcript is prepared and she'll have to use ellipsis in place of what was actually said.

This judge just made someone out in the audience a couple days ago to spit out their gum and throw it away cause it's rude chewing gum and smacking in the courtroom. And look what he just does‼️He also blew his nose and was smacking very loudly in the mic. Why so it will interfere with what Mr Steel was saying and the court reporter can't get it down correctly and so therefore not actually put it on record⁉️ THIS JUDGE IS A CATASTROPHE, UNETHICAL AND BIASED ‼️ SOMEONE SAID THAT THE APPELLATE COURT JUST SENT IT STRAIGHT TO THE SUPREME COURT IN GEORGIA AND THEY'RE LOOKING AT IT NOW.. They may have sang to the police to claw out of their own problems at the time they got jammed up, but Woody was even cool with spending time in jail than pointing the finger against Thug. If this is the best they can use to give these defendants decades-long sentences, nobody should be impressed with the prosecution's case. This whole RICO premise is a joke and stinks of the DA's office reaching way too far against a high-profile individual than serving justice.

Covering up/hiding improper ex parte communications with sworn witnesses, not turning over Brady material gained in the meeting, not providing the full transcript of the meeting, threatening witnesses to testify how they WANT them to testify, telling the witness they won't prosecute perjury just so when he commits perjury they can admit police interviews for contradictory statements that otherwise would jot be allowed had he not lied on the stand, disingenuous arguments as to why he didn't violate anyone's rights, flat out denials on motions where the law REQUIRES him to put this off to another judge, refusing to declare a mistrial based on there being an appeals process following a years long trial/litigation, wasting tax payer dollars on a case that will end in a reversal and no chance to retry if you believe they are guilty...I can only imagine how many times he has done this crap behind closed doors and in other cases!

The fact that this is a state RICO case is a joke. If he's guilty of this or that, charge him with it in a traditional criminal court, but it's been illustrated quite vividly that there's a whole lack of grounds to plunder tremendous sums of taxpayer dollars and resources to pursue this never ending case on RICO grounds. 10 months for jury selection alone is absolute insanity, and the state's key witnesses are individuals who clearly don't want to point fingers and incriminate any of the defendants on the stand. This already has mistrial scribbled all over it which means nonstop sums of taxpayer money will continue to be dumped on this nonsense while these guys unfairly live in a jail cell the whole time.

The Georgia supreme court actually stepped in and took over the appeal Thug's attorney Steele just filed. That RARELY happens. The GA Supremes must have seen all of the news coverage regarding the judge ordering Steele to 20 days in jail and how ridiculously wrong the judge was.

The Georgia supreme court just exercised their power and took the appeal filed by Thug's attorney Steele away from the appellate court... That's extremely unusual.
