Good heavens, imagine Hal Robson-Kanu on his first training session at Atletico. The likes of Griezmann and Koke would've needed to be sidelined for abdominal muscle injuries after laughing too hard at his technique.
here's a strange topic for a video: the most emotional performances by a player or team. it would be a cool change of pace. for example, Harry Arter vs Man Utd a couple years ago.
Even as a Wolves fan, i'd say Traore's 2 goals against City last season would qualify him for this list, yes Traore has improved massively and is an important part of our team, but other than that 2 month patch of excellent form (where we happened to play City twice and he scored 3 times and got 1 assist) he really hasn't improved to the point of having a £100m price tag.
Actually Irish Guy, Arsenal's defense is pretty solid at the moment. The back three Arteta plays is pretty strong (not the best but far from bad) and despite Luiz being dogshit in a back four, in a back three the man is quality.
It’s been 2 games calm down. And it’s not like they’ve kept clean sheets against England’s elite either. Arsenal for the last 5 years have had a horrid back line.
@@jetscheme2125 not just this season. They were solid in the back end of last season. Most of Arteta's games he got either a clean sheet or only conceded 1 goal. He's even shut down the likes of Liverpool (twice holding them to just 1 goal), kept a clean sheet against Man City, and kept Chelsea relatively quiet in the final.
I'd say for Liverpool, Ben Woodburn against Leeds in 2016. He grabbed a goal and the Guardian was naming him one of the best youngsters around. He's stagnanted a bit since then though.
As a Wales fan I remember the overhype for Robson- Kanu. FFS, he had just quit a middling championship side and now there were talks of La Liga just because of that goal. Even his previous goal against Slovakia in the group stages was a massive scuff that dribbled into the net. But in his defense, he is a very popular player with the Welsh fans, even before the Euros he was treated as a cult hero.
I think a fun video would be "predicting every PL club's player of the season 2020/21" Like Aubameyang for Arsenal, Martinez for Villa, Tiago for Liverpool etc. :)
Don't forget that in the Inter vs Tottenham game, the Spurs keeper was sent off in the first ten minutes. That's why they were 4-0 down at half time. Gareth Bale led the charge in the second half, with 10 men, and almost got a point. It wasn't over-hyped, it was one of the most awesome solo performances of his career, and announced him on the world stage. He hasn't exactly disappointed, since.
My word, you should start rapping. At the end of the video i couldn't understand a thing, zzzzlikeshareandsubscribezzz. Maybe we have found our very own irish eminem😜😂🤣
"Let's just forget about that now... that doesn't suit the narrative" Was that a reference to the argument Rory and Hugh had on The Kick Off last week?
It's almost like the media are over hyping just too sell headlines ? hmmm And Fergie said 'potential' to be when referring to Phil Jones, he didn't say he was or would be.
I feel like the Irish guy needs to improve on wolves it’s cos it’s the last one he always says he does like at 6 second rant about them then ends the video
Irish Guy needs to get all of these Jack criticisms out now since he'll be making a tribute week to him by the end of the season. Already wrong about the CAP 😂
Liverpool should've been mo salah while he's still playing for basel in 2013 as he scored a goal against chelsea. It took 4 years to reach his proper prime
I love these videos but you're really, really wrong about the Bale thing. Spurs had Gomes sent off and a penalty against. The game was 4-0 at halftime with 10 men, away to the European champions. Came out in the 2nd half and Bale almost single handedly rescued a point. He also elevated himself from a nearly player to going on to be one of the most formidable attacking players in the world. In the return game at WHL, he took that first game and ramped things up scaring the living daylights out of Inter and especially Maicon. You simply can't underestimate how big a deal that loss away to Inter was for him. Even his team mates have said "we walked off the pitch and felt like we'd won"
Irish guy shouldn't really judge holding too hard. He is a good defender and I would say our best defender in the 18/19 season until he got injured and was out for over a year. He has the potential to become a really good defender. 25 is still young for a defender, give him some time
Another MUFC suggestion, Dan James vs Southampton. Scores again to prove his first goals against Chelsea and Palace weren't flukes, since been absolutely dogshit
Yes it is, because Adrian was in net that day. Adrian, you guys. He's absolutely terrible. This is same guy who bottled a 2-0 lead on the night at home against Atletico. Adrian is one of the worse keepers the Reds ever had (although not worse than Bogdan).
@@balthazarwerner7792He did not give any shits at the World Cup in Russia. None. Whatsoever. Doesn't help his case that he's all buddy buddy with Erdoğan.
