Its been 10 months, i detached myself, i love her however its not romantically, and ive been happier with myself because im single. Im not heart broken anymore, ive accepted that i lost her, ive had a few dates. I do affirmations to help boost myself up, i found God and im actually going to go get baptized Sunday. You can get your ex back by working on yourself, becoming better at life, start loving yourself and life again by doing activities you love and using affirmations daily (Check out Law of Assumption). Oh, by the way, my idea is, if someone decides to leave me, you don't deserve me a second time because I could be going through a rough patch and maybe I need that support from my + 1, doesn't matter if I'm strong or not and you decide to bail out at that time, you can kiss your ass goodbye from getting another shot with me. They always come back after you improve yourself and stop caring and most of the time, they want to reconcile because the dumper goes through stages, if you for example gave your ex what others didn't give him/her in all of her/his relationships, they will surely come back because they will realize their mistake.

Ppl only come back when it doesn't work with whoever they was chosen over you so I know it hurts but if someone decides to leave you weather it's male or female they just found or thought they had a better option....

I’ve been in NC for 6 weeks now and it still hurts to be separated from him… but I’m resolved that if he doesn’t fight for us, I will not initiate the fighting for us like I did the last time he broke up with me and we got back together. He knows how to find me and he’s not, so there’s that .. if he comes back, great, if not, I’ll have to accept it and sadly move on . I was already asked out on a date, I had to kindly not accept, I have to be totally detached from another before I go with another out of respect for that new person.
I tried to make him stay the first 2 or 3 days after he ended it but after that I said F it and decided not to convince someone to love me and now 3 months no contact I'm starting to think I'm better off without them anyway cuz I am a catch baybeee :)

It’s been 3.5 months since my ex broke up with me and I still miss her like crazy. She breadcrumbs about once a week and it’s really hard not knowing what her intentions are or if she’s going to come back. I’ve been working on myself every single day but my love for her hasn’t changed.

I go to the gym and bike 10 miles almost every day, I’ve been talking to a therapist, I’ve been getting closer to God, and I miss and feel more love for my ex than ever. I seriously don’t know what else to do, I can’t get her out of my head. I think after six months I gotta say something. After 3 months I realize that is t a lot of time so I think I need to give myself more of it, but if I feel the same I’m gonna have to tell her how I feel

@@sharronhawkins8538 Everybody is different I know. A lot of it has to do with how long you were together, married, kids. I will keep you in my thoughts. Another thing that REALLY has helped me was writing down all the things I didnt like about how she treated me in the relationship...things she said or the way she made me feel. When I started feeling sad I would go read these back and all of sudden I went from sad to well...mad. Not too mad, but enough to make me feel better and say to myself that I didnt deserve that treatment. I would literally get on my phone and use speech to text on my notepad and dictate different memories that pissed me off. Anyway, I wish you the best. Godspeed!
It’s been 4 months and first few weeks was hard truth about this video is rediscovering the love you have for yourself because it was hard at first but I realized she living her life and not caring so I should do the same and since we broke up I have gave my full energy to more productive things and met a new woman with a purpose and encouraged me on mine and I’m happy with the outcome and key thing is love yourself again people once you do that you will have a standard you won’t let a person treat you and will be better

I HIGHLY DOUBT he's thinking about me! He broke up with me 20 days b4 my bday, then texted me on my bday😒 We were supposed to spend the day & weekend together & he knew the day was important to me. What is your advice about using Social media during NC? Should I open my accounts up to public so my ex can see what he is loosing, or… should I keep it private and continue to stay silent and disappear to keep him wondering? My ex left me for a guy at a gym I've been going to for 18 years and she started going to with me a year before we broke up. Now we all work out, often at the same time but she's with him.. should I avoid being there at the same time as them? I feel like I'm showing strength by not budging but maybe I'm wrong. He met someone else because you made it clear that he can have you back anytime he felt like it. Listen carefully, you can't miss someone if they are not gone, next time say nothing and disappear, you will be shocked on how fast no contact works.

That's why I agreed to be friends with him, because he expected me to tell him that I hate him and don't want to see him anymore. I didn't want to act dramatic. I decided to act like a dove of peace. He has some commitment issues and I didn't want him to feel rejected... Even if I feel rejected...
