Trust the process it works my ex came back it was a difficult situation. You would think they wouldn’t come back but they do. 31 days of no contact for me she reached out. Trust what coach lee tells you. The work starts after no contact for sure. You need to be patience and do absolutely no contact. Go through the heartache it will make you strong work on yourself during the time she will notice. Your girl/or guy will not forget you and if they are in rebound relationship it will fail no matter what. They will be thinking of you it will not go away. To everyone who doubts NC just think about this 1. your partner is never 100% sure to break up ( if yes well your relationship isn’t worth saving anyway) 2. the same feelings you have after getting dumped and overcoming the shock will hit them as soon as their highlife phase is over All these questions in YOUR head will hit him/her 2-4 weeks later You both had your good and your bad times but the fact that you miss your partner proofs that there was something wonderful to BOTH of you so every time you think about your partner how beatiful this was how beautiful that was the exact same things will go through his/her head at somepoint And don’t worry about getting forgotten this will never happen at all not in 1 month not in 4 months or in 20 years Just stfu and let time do his job

My ex contacted me after 4 months, she sent a flirty text and I answered casually. I think she just wanted an 'ego stroke' because it's been another 4 months of no contact from her side. We must not forget that no contact is about giving them space and your healing and finding out what you really want! What do u need? What did u do wrong? What did he or she do wrong? Dont focus on waiting for them coming back, focus on yourself and be honest about the real reason u want them back. And when they do reach out, have a real and honest conversation with them BEFORE even considering or talking about getting back together because if not, you will end up having the same issues. Coach Lee - It was like a miracle that I found your videos after my heart breaking end to an incredible relationship. Three weeks after the initial breakup, we met to give back each other's things and hugged and said we loved each other , but he was very clear that he did not want to get back together. I immediately went into No Contact - and after 2 1/2 extremely anxiety ridden & sad months - He contacted me! We talked about nothing - then the next day he asked me to dinner which I had to decline because I had previous plans. I got a couple of texts but nothing more so I once again went into No Contact. Two weeks later, he contacted me again tonight. We talked for an hour. The break up was due to some of my actions and now being aware of them I'm learning how to deal with my insecurities. Thank you for your informative videos. I'm a big believer in No Contact!

No contact may work or not, what's important is if they broke up it's their responsibility to make things right. Don't chase. Just stay put.

I kept falling off the wagon, it’s been a year and I kept on contacting my ex and so finally I made up my mind and went on NC, it was so hard and at 21 days my ex text me and during this video I was so happy but it wasn’t about what I thought, it’s about the property he was helping to keep clean and wanted to know if I’ve sold it . Even though I told him I already, now I’m back in NC again , hopefully he reaches out again and this time maybe he wants to get back together. Good luck every one

The number one thing to focus on during no contact is getting stronger. When you focus on growing your own power during this time, each and every day without contact is a day you have gained in strength. This can only have one of two effects when and if your ex does reach out: (1) Your increased strength, power and confidence makes you more attractive to your ex, increasing your chance of getting them back, or (2) You will realize that you have become so strong, powerful and confident that you no longer want them back. That is a win-win my friends. Coach Lee is right!

I did try to speak to my ex about 25 days ago after we break up , she was so angry and agressive , told me that there is no comeback from her side also blocked me everywhere , which was childish , NC since then , you know what I don’t really care anymore , feeling much stronger than ever , massive thanks to Coach Lee as well , he is a true legend!!

I know my ex isn't going to reach out. 3 weeks after she ended things she got with a new man. It's been a month and a half now and I honestly don't want her back if she ever did try to. I gave her everything, I supported her emotionally and financially and she threw me away like nothing. I deserve someone alot better

thinking about all the things he told me about how unhealthy our relationship is and how much stress I brought to his life. (He blamed all the recent things on me and he was referring t two years ago when I was jobless during covid lockdown?) and I started to feel as stubborn as he is, perhaps he won’t regret the decision and perhaps he will never really figure out our real problems. Hi coach, i was commenting a lot esp last yr about your vids. I think i did the right thing esp when we we ended the dating mutually and peacefull. No chasing, no begging. I did no contact 95%. I worked on my self and the changes was super obvious. Finally after 1.4yrs he just suddenly text me and said he was still thinking about me although i know(he doesnt know) that he was dating somebody. I asked him why, he said maybe because of our good memories. Im trying to play it cool and i set my expectations low esp of getting back, not texting often. Thank you for the new video. Your videos have been so helpful and comforting. Our break up has reached 57 days. My ex was slipping away from me as his BPD mental illness got worse with a change of medication. Whilst we texted he went into psychotic break. It, to me, was a sudden break up. After three weeks he had a hook up. That was hurtful. He hasn’t tried once to reach out. On top of it we are 350 miles away from each other. These two factors complicate things. I began flirting with other guys in the meantime. He and I had good times. I visited him in California (I live in Southern Nevada. I haven’t posted myself with other men as the flirting is online. My ex and I were together for 8 years. We got engaged last July. We broke up 3 months ago after I began talking about our wedding. When I pulled out the wedding planning book that’s when he told me about his feelings. He asked for space and time and told me that the spark and motivation wasn’t there anymore. My heart broke. Shattered. I became a hermit. I was angry and demanded answers. I tried to be a good partner and try to understand what happened and what went wrong. After 2 months of fighting (mostly me) I told him we need to stop communication if this is going no where. I finally gathered all that was left in my apt. Have it to him and it’s been 2 weeks of no contact. He told me he wanted to work on himself and that he’s having a hard time accepting the fact that I want to let go… What the hell is that? For me, in my situation, if one day went by, and I was having any type of relationship problem, you are the one I would contact, and even request a one on one with you. It's a different breakup for me as you know, I was with a narcissist. Right now I'm doing well, I'm dating, but there are days when I do think of him. It's only normal. After a 4 year relationship it's been 7/8 months no contact no reach out. I've been seeing someone else. I still think of my ex and still love her in some way. I'm doing alot better then I was. Listen to coach Lee it does get better sooner or later.

Me and a guy I was dating for 2 months ended things. I miss him because of the chemistry I guess but my intuition is saying that he was a tad bit of a narcissist lol. Gave my ex the ego stroke after the break up it was a mistake was with her for 5 years so I tried everything. It’s now been 4+ months of no contact and almost a year since we broke up and im doing a lot better she’s not reaching out more of posting immature things looking for guy friends and saying how she’s lonely. Hey Coach Lee thank you for everything you do!!! All these videos and the breakup kit has helped me tremendously. I really can’t thank you enough…..We got back together after 10 freaking years apart (2006-2016). We have been on and off for the last 6 yrs and finally got engaged last Thanksgiving 2021. We have been broken up for about 2 months over some stupid arguments and miss understandings. She called off the engagement. She reached out after a month of NC we talked for a few days and things seemed to be going in the right direction. She said she’d call me back in her last text and I haven’t heard from her in 3 weeks. I haven’t tried to contact her since. It’s a LDR about 3 hrs away from each other. We were seeing each 2-3 long weekends a month depending on work schedules and we had made plans to be closer together in the near future. My question is should I invite her to a concert this weekend? It’s something she really has been dying to see and we talked about before the break up. I bought the tickets a few months ago as a surprise for her birthday and she doesn’t know about it. My ex told me she moved on and told me to move on. We were together for 9 years. We have been broken up for 3 months. We had a big blow up over her 19 y/o son that was living with us. He had a girlfriend and she started sleeping at our house every night. I wasn't happy about that!

We were together a year and a half. Ex during the breakup said the was a possibility of rekindling something and she would need to see some changes. My ex didn't reach out for six weeks I was finally ready, and then when I did the other day she wondered why I took so long and said it didn't even seem like I even cared during that time. I made a bunch of actionable changes in my life and she still didn't belive me and said shes greived the end of the relationship in 6 weeks and I found out she also started online dating. So much for the words of "I love you". Working on myself alot lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks, new job, been going to therapy making great progress, but man been a rough couple of days waking up and having thoughts of just ending it, missing my best friend, just trying to put one foot in front of the other even if if it feels like death.

Thank you coach Lee you have provided me with reason to go into no contact. In order to possibly rekindle and save our relationship she did ask me for space and to stop contacting her. My Ex contacted me after 9 months of no contact..mostly we fail to acknowledge to ourselves that they probably left because of our own repeated actions…we got back together and still we had a few rough moments but because of the no contact period, she’s more inclined to compromise when issues arise because of how hard it was to win me back…we surfer more in imagination than reality…keep your head up and always believe you womt lose anyone that genuinely wants to stick it out with you.

I suggested a meet up over the phone as the convo was going very well. The meet up also went very well. I was reserved but very positive and was sporting a sassy new look. I didn't talk about our relationship at all, only about positive new things in my life. But it's been over a week and he hasn't reached out. He said at the meetup 'this has been really nice', said he missed me and was also a little flirtacious. He said he would visit me at work 'soon' but didn't set a date or anything. My ex has reached out 3 times since he broke up with me at the end of March. It’s been long distance the whole time and because of the pandemic being physically together has been impossible. Last I heard from him was 2.5 weeks ago to say happy Mother’s Day. I don’t even know what to think, I told him I wouldn’t be his friend when he ended it and yet he reaches out anyways. I’ve never broken no contact in fact this is exactly what I do but nature, given how we met and that we’ve never been in the same room I want to think it’s impossible but then he’s still contacting me… I’m confused.

No contact is the best thing I've ever done for myself. It’s been four months for me now. You’re going to have times that you want to cave in. That is normal. You can’t fix normal. When I felt weak, I watched Coach Lee or Coach Ken.

April 17th, my ex and I mutually agreed to break up. We didn't see much of each other for a week or so. We started hanging out again, but with no expectations. It felt good and real. We had the most passionate and loving, love making sessions. We didn't technically start dating again. I found out around May 14th that she was now talking to someone and had lied to me on a few occasions about what she was actually doing over that previous few days. I was heartbroken. I had fallen deeper in love and she found someone else. We hung out 2 more times, but it was too painful. She wished me a happy birthday. I went into NC and she reached out 5 days later to see how I was doing. We had a short conversation. Just her asking about my kids. She is the type of person that would get pissed if I ignored her. It is now almost 5 more days of NC and I'm just missing her.

Mine came back after 16 months and incidentally I was starting to really move on and my life was going great.

Im 9 months of no contact without any sign of contact from her. Last week was horrible I felt like all the confidence that I have in the beginning was shit and with no hope anymore because she’s dating someone I was suspicious since the beginning. Im trying to hold on because I understand that no message that I can send to her will cause any change because she left me and hasn’t contact me is because she doesn’t want me.

FML. been in no contact for a little over a month now and as it was my birthday yesterday, I knew my ex was probably going to reach out to wish me a happy birthday so i was really anxious about it. he sent a simple short message that read: "happy birthday, you are and will always be really fucking special. hope you have a great day 💞" (he couldn't even commit to the regular heart emoji as that would probably imply something he didn't want to imply). i know it doesn't say much but it means a lot. until then i had high hopes because he had reached out once before asking me if i hated him because i broke contact, and i told him i didn't. everything seemed to be going as should be expected according to lee and other relationship experts. but somehow i feel that this settles it. "you'll always be special to me", like a memory from the past that he holds dear. i'm devastated.

The danger of this channel is for people who are bound up by narcissist or obsessed with people who are not interested in them. This is the danger of you constantly hoping that someone comes back. You broke up for a reason. You broke up because you weren't getting along... my recommendation to everyone on this channel is to study narcissism deeply and profoundly because you are probably an empath who have been bound up and taken captive by a narcissist. HG Tudor and Shaman are the best teachers I found.

Damn I was cold. A little emotionally detached...ok a lot...I was insensitive and dealing wth unaddressed trauma...and I pushed her away for weeks and then one day I denied her affection and she started to go the other way...and now i messed up so bad idk if I can get her back. We had a decent relationship but circumstances made it a real struggle...we had a bunch of happy times but not a peaceful relationship due to our circumstances. She just has this bad perception of me and I pray I get a chance to be open now to her. Damn pray I have a chnace

My ex wont reach out, not soon or even in the future. She just in new relationship with someone after a month of our broke up, and she looks happy either way. It is so sad, but right now all i can do is accept the reality.

To be honest I don’t expect my ex to break no contact anytime soon. It’s been 10 months since he broke things off with me and if he and I ever do reconnect sometime down the line it will have to be as friends (no more getting romantically involved). Plus I don’t think I will be able to handle it if he rejected me a third time.

As times continues to pass (10 months) I realize it’s seriously not worth stressing about your ex. They probably aren’t thinking of you anyways. Unfortunately that’s just the reality. They dumped you like a dead body. They can start their new life now that you’re out of it. Even if they loved you and proved it. They felt weighed down by you. In some shape or form at one or more points during the relationship you held them down from fulfilling future fantasies they want to experience. In the back of my mind I have a slight hope to get a hello, how are you doing recently? text. But the more time passes i realize how much more valuable time really is and how much more YOUR time is worth than their love. Which their love has become fantasy when they are gone so long. How many times in life have fantasies become a reality when you wait on them? Hope everyone hears from their ex and has an awakening on what is really important in life.

You need to do a video on why an ex reaches out. My ex recently reached out looking for sympathy for a her girlfriend. It has been over a year since my ex and I had exchanged any communication. Nothing from her. She appeared to be happy with her ex or “friend” she went to see after breaking up with me. So it was interesting to see a message from her after a year. I did send my condolences for her girlfriend. And left it like that. On a positive note. I have someone new now. Been seeing her for a few months on and off. My head is in a better place. Confidence is back to normal. If I can do it. So can you.

She broke up with me after 9 months when I revealed I have a child (not involved, whole other story), that was on the 7th of May, currently about to enter into day 3 of no contact after sending a clean slate message. I had a call with Coach Ken today which provided some insight, he thinks I have a good chance if I commit to no contact but it could take time. Im okay in my self, I’ve quit drinking since it happened, been training daily, reading lots about emotions, relationships. I feel so much stronger since finding Coach Lee, I have a direction and even if we don’t get back together I will be twice as strong as I was before. If you see this Lee, thank you. My ex and I were together for 3 years. It was a great relationship, and we had a great time. However, she broke with me, and I made the mistake of not going into No Contact. We talked everyday for 5 months, we helped each other, at one point she said she was considering going back together, but at the end we both decided to do no contact. 1 month and a half later, she is with someone else, and i think it's a rebound, because the guy is very different from me, much older, and I think they don't have much in common. Recently, we talked again, and it was like when we were together, laughing and feeling that special connection that we have.The next day, we had a videocall. She was crying, saying that she still loves me and has feelings for me. She even told me that she sometimes regrets her choice of this guy over me, and that is inevitable for her to watch our photos and videos. Moreover, she told me that now she has evolved into a very lazy person, she has lost interest in her hobbies and that she fights a lot with her parents, specially about this guy. My ex reached yesterday after 40ish days of NC. She is with someone now, so she may be trying to get me to be a “friend.” I won’t play that game, but I hope I get her back. I was an ahole to her for a year and half and I never appreciated her until she left me. I’ll keep hope and if I get her back, I’ll cherish her like she did me.

My ex contacted me after a month nc and said he misses me and loves me still..I said I'm open to it but he doesn't/ can't have a relationship whilst he's suffering some financial troubles...I said we have different values atm.He said sorry...I'm back into nc...its so difficult but you have to hold out for your needs to be met or depart...I feel stronger everyday...

During the breakup, I told her I loved her and would reach out after two weeks but I didn't because I wasn't ready. After the two weeks, I instead went to a party and my friend took a picture of me talking to another girl and sent it to her. A few hours later she posts on Instagram herself wearing makeup with her friend. Its been 6 weeks since the breakup. Idk if I ruined the chances of her coming back.

My ex reached out we had been speaking for a month after 4 months broken up . Even started speaking about going to dinner and she stopped replying me suddenly . We were together 9 years and she literally blind sided me with the breakup . At some point this sh!t gets evil to be messing with someone’s feelings . Coach Lee : what if there are hurt feelings involved ? He left suddenly in anger after I had a drunken lash out at him (verbal not physical) i was upset because I felt neglected and was insecure. I have to work on myself deeper before I’m ready for a relationship with him again. It’s the 2nd breakup. But I love him and he has feelings for me too he said. He just said he needs space and a break because he’s hurt and to sort out my issues. I’m doing NC now.

no contact by itself doesn't work at all. you legit have to just not care about them on the deepest level possible. at that point they'll have to win YOU back and make you fall for them again.

PLEASE HELP! Coach Lee, thank you for all your advice! I bought the emergency break up kit but my situation is kind of different. My ex and I were together for 5 years ( since we were 14 years old) he broke up with me about 2 months ago for the first time and I convinced him to stay together until he broke up with me again a month later. He broke up with me because of minor current issues (and some issues from years ago) and said that he wasn’t giving as much effort as me into the relationship so he felt guilty for leading me on. I began no contact 17 days ago and he occasionally texts me to check up and even called me once to catch up. I broke no contact yesterday when I called him first and we talked for 2 hrs about our lives and a little about the relationship. He said he still thinks it’s for the best. We are in the same friend group and have all the same friends since we grew up together so avoiding him during no contact is very hard because I see him. How should I go about this? Will the fact that he broke up with me once but tried again for another month hurt my chances?
