I Didn't believe anything about nofap until I tried it myself. On day 27, I was at the gym, full of energy, and even though I didn't change anything in my appearance, a girl came to me and started talking. And don't ask me how. Also, get rid of all social media where you see triggering images like facebook or instagram, tiktok and so on. For me this made everything much easier and I went from 11 days to 26 and still going on strong. Also, 2024 will start off with a godmodestreak if you stay strong.
