I have been doing cold showers just for muscle recovery. And on the week ends like sun and sat, I do warm showers as like a different type of recovery right. Just took my very first cold shower today i seen on your youtube shorts i also looked up on google and youtube and there is a lot of benefits to it u like a warm shower i have acne about 10 years or so and cold showers are supposed to help you with acne the way u feel etc because sometimes i can be depressed etc but from what you are saying to me and others its worth trying and so i did tey it today my mood feels slightly better and maybe im more sharp and i also kinda feel more clean than a warm shower if that makes any sense i took day 1 cold shower for about 7 - 10 minutes it was soo cold at first i just stayed at the edge instead of throwing myself straight into it after a while i said f it and literally poured the cold water all over me and clean myself up and it honestly felt amazing i got a big deep breath from it its definitely worth trying because it was an amazing experience I take showers every day before i go to work and i caint wait to try this again tommrow thanks soo much for telling me about this

Ive dine this for 50+ days. I still am not "getting used to" cold showers. But, im not reacting like I did on day 1: screaming shivering and cowering in icy pain. Now, i just dont react. I xan control my emotions and bodily reactions. This has transistioned into headaches inused to have... Now if I feel a headache that about to come on, I swear I am able to tell it to go away and it does. This along with semen retention/celibacy has rewired my brain.
