Not nearly as cool as your 100%, but hey, it's something. The main reason I'm commenting is because of the sauerkraut dish. My family calls it grah i zelje, but if you google those recipes it isn't what my family does. We make it with sauerkraut, pork shoulder, chicken broth, and great northern beans. Maybe that's close to what you were eating? It really is THE BEST meal to eat during the cold months :)
