My friend lives in one where they REGULARLY pick through the trash to see if you are following the "guidelines" This is insane to me. I agree, totally out of control

I live in a neighborhood with an hoa and we love it. If you don’t like it there are plenty of places to live that don’t have one. The reason people buy in neighborhoods with hoa’s is the fact that they look nice and are taken care of.

I would NEVER live 2:10 in a condo or HOA housing. Their rules suck.

It's bad business, in general. Why have a whole process undocumented? Unless you playing around. I believe the plaintiff when she said that he has ties with court officials in their town. For him to skate by with no evidence of anything, he seems to be in their pocket or riding with them in their golf carts. That's shameful that if you are friends with a judge that a innocent person can't get justice. It's a boy club mentality(though not exclusive to men. Female judges are also corrupt)

Right? Even at the exit interview he’s told “well now you know to have these documents signed in the future” and he says “they won’t sign the documents in the future because…”- he’s not even making sense!

I firmly believe that security deposits should only be given when both parties sign the lease
