I loved the "iv been wearing it for 24 hours!" that was green XD My ortho told me that my teeth move very slowly because they are crowded....so every time I put a new tray in there is always this one tooth that doesn't line up. They told me to just change it out when the schedule tell me to but im not sure.

If you are truely commited.you know exactly what tray your on.what day of the tray your on and you know up to the hour.you dont need reminders

HAH i have a retainer just like this, popped it in the day off, kept pressing down on it and they said it looks great. I BROKE THE MATRIX

okay... for real... I'm making sure my aligners look pristine. I'm not putting anything in my mouth that has dirt on it. As for bite marks - how?? I can't bite through them anyways... I've been wearing each set as instructed and they looked brand new after... so if my ortho thinks I'M not wearing them because of that, that's messed up

My aligners have the blue compliance indicator dots, but I've found those are kind of useless. Some of them don't fade much at all despite perfect wear, some fade away after like a day.

I was doing terrible and I didn’t wear my Invisalign for almost a month and a half, so after when I put them back on every time I switch to a new set they fit worse 😬😰

i literally been wearing mines for 21-22 hours and my orthodontist said im wearing them less than 20 hours -_- started using your app to track the time smh

It sounds like you are doing a great job wearing your trays. TrayMinder has a wear time statistics feature (average daily wear time for 7/30/90 days) that you can show your orthodontist. Good luck with your treatment.

Darn I have a small gap between the aligners and my top teeth. I wear them about 21-22 hours a day but switch every 7 days. Though, the new aligners fit well it seems

Tbh i been wearing my aligners less than 22 hrs and they couldnt tell HAHA! But i have been wearing it for 12 hrs when sleeping

Hi, I started wearing invisalign aligners since Apr this year 2023. I was told I have to wear them weekly, After 3-4 months of wearing it, and after taking the scan i was told to keep wearing them until next scan. So, i was wearing it for 2 weeks on some of them. And now I'm on my 24 aligners and I started wearing it since Oct 25, 2023 and taking scan weekly only to be told to keep wearing until next scan, next scan would be 25 days for aligner 24. I feel like why - I wear my aligners 22-23 hrs a day and using my chewies. And I used an invisalign cleaner to clean my aligners. This is insane something is not right. What could be the real reason for this? I have 9 more aligners to go before completing treatment.
