Dear fellow aroace peeps: Wear your ace and aro rings as accessories! My ace ring broke right when I got my aro one sadly. It’s literally a silver dog tag chain I wear as a ring.
I also found that the BEST accessory is always hair. No matter how fancy the outfit is, if your hair is flat and greasy you will look bad. And also if you're just wearing a white tee you instantly get +10 levels for a good hairstyling. I invest now more effort in my hair, e.g. dye my roots more often, use products and never skip a washing if i go out. P.s. your hair looks great in the videos!
Whenever I buy a shirt that I like because of the print but it fits too tightly/femininely, I'd just cut out the print (in a rectangle shape) and hang it in my room as a "poster" so I still actively "use" it instead of letting it rot in my closet.
My favourite accessory is a good tie. Funky patterns!!! Funky shirt with a plain tie or a plain shirt with a funky tie is *mwah* chefs kiss 🤌 Edit: as well if you don’t have a lot of money for accessories, you can crochet accessories for cheaper
I honestly think it's cool that you wear multiple jewelry at a time because it looks super aesthetic but my neurodivergent brain and its sensory issues/sensitivities could never do that without freaking out over the number of items I have on my body : (((

you can cut out the center of that shirt and sew it onto another shirt or the back of a jean jacket! just some ideas cause i def get the chest dysphoria thing but it’s a cool shirt and you should be able to get some use out of it 👍👍

i gravitate a lot towards scene fashion lately and i think making your own accessories (to the best of your capabilities) is such a cool part of that style, i'd love to make kandi bracelets but i dont have the materials currently so for the moment i used some rubber bands i had laying around to make a couple of bracelets (i made a trans flag one, an enby flag one, a black and red and a black and white one aside from a few that i made for other people)
I have two accessories that are my absolute favorites! One is a gold ring that I’ve had for I think about 2 1/2 years most of the gilding on it has worn off so like half of it is gold and half of it is the silver color of the base metal 😅 the second is a necklace that is a sword with the pummel attached to the chain, and just below where the handguard part of the handle project out from the handle itself is two wings that come off the blade. The pendant on the necklace itself and the chain are both silver and I frikin love that thing. Edit: I forgot that I crocheted a little sprout shaped decoration for my headphones, and it just wraps around the part that goes over your head and it’s super cute and it makes me squeak bc of how *cuuuuuuute* 🥰
my problem is that i have alergic reaction to ANYTHING thats like steel, gold or something like that so that really restricts me in wearing any necklaces, rings or even earrings.
omg i wanna accessorize sm but my sensory sensitivities make me not wanna have any like necklaces and rings and stuff cuz they feel weird 😭😭 maybe ill find something that’s sensory friendly but for now no luck :< btw iris ur so pretty and cool im jealous 🫣🧡
