I finally made time to listen to this tonight. Wow very encouraging. It makes me think maybe I could run again. I’m just a 5ker but I miss it. I think it’s a great idea about putting mind body info in General Practitioner offices it will definitely help people . Maybe save some from becoming too medicalized with fear. 🙂💕
I’d give anything right now to become a success story, I journal, read the books, a bit of mediation and read success stories and yet zero improvement 😢 Also all the success stories seem to be ‘back spasms’ in clear relation to a situation - mine is just a chronic soreness/ache for 5 years
what are you doing to regulate your nervous system? What is your relationship with yourself like? Nervous sytem health is the key, but you cant really heal if yourea t war with yoruself and your symptoms x
@@mytmsjourney just meditation for my nervous system. Tried a few vagus nerve bits but couldn’t feel anything. Thanks - yeah maybe one day I’ll get somewhere but I’ve kind of given up
