Ingredients:
450g minced beef
454g soft or medium firm tofu
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
3 slices of ginger
1 stalk green onion
3/4 cup chicken stock
2 tsp rice cooking wine
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbs oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ground white pepper powder
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tbs oil
1 tbs cornstarch
1 tbs water
Toasted sesame seeds
Beef marinade:
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs oyster sauce
1/4 tsp ground white pepper power
1 tsp rice cooking wine
1 tsp cornstarch
