Thanks for your channel. I am a super host with impeccable record. 800 reviews 4.9 stars. I have noticed lately the claims department never assigns anyone to a claim and the claims just go into the black hole, and never get paid despite me following all policy and deadlines and proving detailed photos and written thorough evidence fir the claims. I have some claims 6 months old and never assigned. Support ambassadors cannot offer any help. Any suggestions? You have any contact phone numbers for corporate or how to fix this? I find claims now to just be totally useless and it literally seems on purpose they don’t respond and do not process any payouts. Thanks
@@AirbnbUncovered in 6 years probably submitted 10 claims on 20 properties so very little, it’s definitely not a situation of me over submitting claims. Is there a way that you know to contact claims and speak to a real person who has any compassion and has the power to solves s problem? The people over there just do not care and simply never respond. My cases are cut and dry for example a lady brought a bird into my rental on camera, house had bird poop and feathers all over all on camera and she paid for 4 people and brought 12, all on camera. They received the claim probably 20 times and just immediately close it with no investigation or reasoning and will not call me nor message me. Been 5 months and I have called Airbnb about 30 times.
Hello my fellow Super Host Ambassador. I love all the support you give your followers. We are in Canada enjoying your Country until Sept 4th. Let me know if there is something we should see. Take care, Micca
Hey Matt! I wasn't able to find your contact information but I was looking for assistance acquiring insurance as a Co-Host. I am located in Ontario and will be managing, marketing, and cleaning on the Airbnb platform. I understand that myself and the land owner will be covered under AirCover with Airbnb, however, there are areas within that policy that a standard Short-Term Rental Insurance (landlord) would protect. My question is, as a Co-Host in Ontario that allows short-term Airbnb rentals within it's township, what type of insurance policy will cover this type of business model and which companies in Ontario offer this? As a Sole Proprietor will I need to apply to TICO? Thanks in advance, appreciate your advice!
Thank you Matt so much for all the things you do for Airbnb. Please guide me to your new host info and where I can sign up for one of your courses for a new host.

@@AirbnbUncovered WOW! Matt thank you for responding so quickly, that is unbelievable. When most people get to where you are they don't respond. So again thank you so much. I look forward to learning from a true expert on Airbnb.
