i feel like if lando puts in performances like zandvoort and singapore where he firmly outclasses his teammate then it would be a more legit championship win the thing that sets world champions apart is usually how they trounce their teammates

I think Lances short answers are a result of all the hate he gets in the comments. I don’t like it either but I also couldn’t imagine being so universally hated like that. The top comment on every F1 video has a good chance of being lance hate
The psychoanalytic skills of this guy in the black cap and his substantive argumentation regarding EO are pathetic. The guy responds to almost every fact about this driver with hatred and venom. Just look at the dismissive and ironic expression on his face when Tommo does a good psychological analysis. This is the behavior of an individual who subconsciously knows he is wrong, but due to a big ego (and probably viewership dependent on a toxic and majority fanbase) simply falls into a state of denial. The fact that he first accuses the driver of hatred of rich people, regret over his origin and frustration, and then realizes that he is friends with Stroll or Schumacher. Worse paychoanalytic skills cannot be imagined. Not to mention the argument at the level of a child: "But I hate him!" You can see that he has built his opinion about the driver based on the opinion of the crowd, social media and the toxic fanbase of Alonso and Perez (because even the best journalists complain about the level of these fans). @leesamiller8190 I never said he's not talented. Of course, he is talented, but like you said, every commentator everyone basically gives him too much credit. He hasn't had a competent team-mate since Ricardo left, he is way overrated
