I just looked it up and apparently "Toasters & Chainsaws" is not a real game, never more than a marquee. Apparently it was made by Keith Egging, Director of Creativity at Taito, to give employees there some inspiration as well as mess with competitors who may be watching this documentary. Which is a shame, but perhaps if the copyright isn't an issue some indie developer out there could create it for real on Steam or something
