So my deck counts at 61 and 16...... my bad was in a rush to build the physical deck, I had been making several different versions online so i kinda mixed it up. You can take out 1 Valk and the union carrier tho. Deck is still great tho
I love non-linear combo decks, especially because they are hard to interrupt since your opponent has no idea where you're going because they don't know your hand ^^

It brings me joy to see Jesse playing thunder again. Can we get an F for my man not being able to find his original thunder deck? Im definitely going to play this, this is a lot like Herman Hanssons list from db, this looks like a lot of fun, and best of all its a thunder deck, which is something Ill always be interested in.

I mean what do you expect? It's 2020, do you think the OG Lighpulsar builds are still viable? The baby dragons are at 1, Eclipse Wyvern is at 1 and Lightpulsar just doesn't do enough now. It's a "chaos dragon" deck because at its core it still revolves around Light and Dark dragons banishing each other to trigger powerful effects and combo off. It just so happens that thunder dragon is the best archetype for accomplishing that at the moment. The new chaos support, the zombies, and the pendulums add more consistency and power to the strategy. Why would you NOT play them in this day and age.
@@polygon2745 eclipse wyvern is banned I still cant believe such situational eff got ban, or didn't come off the banlist with dark matter bann so long ago, it may come back if elpy gets banned, that or another dragon ruler, lets see what ocg dicides to test first.
Before I watch this, I remember watching like a Lightsworn Zombie Symphonic list. I wonder if one of those are the techs he’s talking about in earlier time of this video
Although I really like the Shiranui Solitaire, Uni-Zombie, Mezuki engine, it is really problematic when you are going second in a non-zombies deck. The main reason is that you are not allowed to attack with monsters other than zombies. Since your deck can easily do an OTK, this really hinders the power of the deck. All in all, the deck looks really awesome!
It's been a year, but who knows, you might reply. I'm looking to sub in psi-reflector x3, teleport x2, beast, assault, and one for one. What cards should I take out since the engine is 3 cards larger?
I like how the test hand went pretty horribly, even with the snipe on the mothman. And he still pulls out a beast board. That's a consistent damn deck!
but eclipse is banned and the RedMD/lightpulsar loop has been overpowered. This is the new way to play chaos dragon. They will probably make a new structure deck but we will have to wait at least one year for this.
I will 100% try to learn this deck. It really seems like a lot of fun. Even tho I have never tryed such a hard combo deck. Will be hard to learn but still...

Without vanillas, Shrine is Foolish Burial, but only limited to Dragons, so it is worse. Ravine is better than Foolish in this deck. Running it at 1 would be pointless, and 3 or even 2 has the potential to brick for a card not really as good.
It looks similar, but Herman wasn't on the Odd-Eyes Revolution Dragon package and he actually was playing the Guardragons/Halqifibrax etc. This list seems to be more focused on the level 8 chaos monsters as an alternative to those extra deck starters

I don't understand the combo with Halqifibrax and PSI-Reflector. Halq negates PSI-Reflector right? I get the reflector combo into the level 8 synchro though. I just don't understand it with Halqifibrax.
It's probably obvious to most people what it is, but its frustrating that the first card isn't named and he puts his hands over it most of the time they discuss it.
This is by far my favoret deck in yugioh. Looks super fun, lots to reed thogh. Lolo its funny cuse pepole say read your books, and im like, read my cards. Lol
how to learn this deck? because there are no linear combos to learn Im confused when I test hand I nearly never no what to do which way... any tips or tricks?
@@crypticking5010 I built it myself and now it gets better and better! Try to do all the random stuff first. look what you can mill and draw then go into your specific plays like searching. Galctic Spiral dragon has an awesome effekt. But its conditions are huge
@@danielkarstens2674 nice but is any 2 card combo to learn without relying on luck whilst milling? Have you ever came across to one? Thing is there aren't too may deck profiles on chaos dragons
@@crypticking5010 there are no linear combos at all. Just gi for your luck and as you practise you will achive the ability to see in wich situation you should go for what
Now yugioh is going to 60 card decks just like Pokémon and Magic. Yugioh is a fast game play mostly for OTK with only 40 cards but now cards are coming out and I feel like people have to build a 60 card deck In order to counter.
I think a Ninbiru, Dark Ruler, or a well placed Ash would probably bottom out the deck tbh Edit: that Banish everything Handtrap from the 2019 Gold Sarc would absolutely demolish the deck actually, not that anybody really plays it. Dimension shifter I believe?
