@Aji D, Yes, I agree, basically perkedel in Indonesia can be made from various basic ingredients such as breadfruit or sweet potatoes and cassava and there are even Indonesians who make perkedel from jackfruit seeds which are boiled then mashed, so the basic ingredients for perkedel in Indonesia are not always from potatoes, the Netherlands colonized Indonesia in the 17th century so who influences whom is still a question

Indonesian food is tricky, and she can cook alot of Indonesian foods in England, where it isn't easy to find some Indonesian ingredients.She has a pair of magic hands. Enjoy this video 😁. Bawang bombay (onions) tidak digunakan dalam masakan tradisional Indonesia. Kami memakai bawang merah (shallot), daun bawang (leek) dan kucai (chives).
Diluar negeri tempe jadi alternatif baru pengganti daging buat vegetarian. Tempe bisa di masak apa saja, bisa dibuat seperti steak, bisa di goreng dan di aduk atau di cocol dengan sambal, bisa di masak kari dan sebagainya. Sambal dalam botol sudah menjamur di Indonesia, di marketplace banyak sekali yang menjual itu.
