The ult doesn't work exactly as you described actually. It's basically all about timing. When you press ult, she basically enters a parry stance. If she gets hit IMMEDIATELY after using it, she does the big nuke counter. If she doesn't, she will still do a weaker "counter", and the next time she ults, she will do the big nuke counter even if she doesn't get hit.

I think you made a mistake here. If she uses Counter while in his Ult state, she deals enhanced FUA. If the Counter doesn't occur after the next ally/enemy moves, her ult state ends and she immediately does a normal FUA. Then only when you use another ult that she will deal the enhanced FUA even if no Counter is triggered

Her S1 is crazy broken. I'm gonna skip her because I don't have any good cones. Aeon is already getting passed around 3 characters like a dutch at a frat party.

I like her but she wants her lc and probably wants a e0s1 sparkle too. It will be difficult getting all that. I want to see her in action.

She looks insanely fun I always wanted to build Clara cause counters are just my favorite thing and with yunli coming out I just know her damage will be insane

One problem with her kit compared to Clara is her consistency. Suppose the enemy is about to do a single target attack. You counter, but the enemy hits Tingyun instead. You don't get the counter. Everyone should know by now feeling of having something like Gepard with Landau's Choice and Tingyun still getting hit every time. So Yunli requires you to juggle taunts without actually having taunt in her kit. She would be hard countered (no pun intended) by the DOT applying marionette boss that doesnt actually count as an attack (it already makes Clara cry). Yunli will perform better against bosses with consistent physical attacks (maybe against stuff like Sam who hits everyone). Yunli has no taunt intrinsic to her kit, so her usages should be one of the most restrictive yet, as it depends on enemy attack patterns. Also wanting to point out that she has antisynergy with sustains that delay or skip enemy actions, such as Welt or Ruan Mei, as she actually wants to get hit. She doesn't want to be ran dual dps with another destruction unit or a preservation unit, because those have high taunt values that would interfere with her effectiveness. As cute as she is... I think she's by far the most restrictive DPS releases to date. She might be great against specific content, but will be dogwater against other specific bosses.

Ok.... edited but just gonna be honest. I almost think the voice over is text-2-speech from the few pronunciations of "ATK" and "ULT" being broken up and said as letters instead of "Attack" and "Ult". If it isn't text-2-speech, you've impressed me with quite clearly spoken commentary yet at the same time confused me....

She's bad without the sig, tbh only the sig is interesting atleast a huge upgrade for Clara. But yunli herself kinda meh. Might skip all of 2.4 if Jiaoqiu won't receive a buff or give his healing back.
