@Paul Martin hey im a little late but whatever. The thing is this dlc doesnt go to deep with yuri character becoming wraith, so in the sequel when they do go All in with her character they are going to explain a little bit of what happened here, tho I do agree this should have been a mision after ending the game but more fleshed out (sorry if i wrote something wrong)
Deadpool as crazy as the bastard is, he's got a good point. A traumatic experience can really fuck a person up in the head. Just look at veterans with PTSD
I love how this DLC expanded on Yuri like how you learn she made her career on busting Maggia bosses or even that her father was a dirty cop that took Maggia bribes
Lt Drake, not just a cop, the dude distracted a Mob boss that killed his crew, and even before he thinked he was going to die, he even spat on Hamerhead's face. What a beautifull magnificent warrior!!!
You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the Villain. Applies to both him and yuri, as they represent both sides of the quote. He does heroically while she falls into the darkness. Though that being said, both li and otto also have that, so it's not that clever for me to point it out
Honestly though, cops in the marvel universe are probably one of the most tragic things ever. They had to wake up in the morning knowing they have to fight super powered psychopaths like this, and most of the time they only had their badge and gun
Same with people that live in new york having to live in a place that gets attacked by Villain every day even if the hero defeat him the damage is already done with people killed or homes destroy

In a weird, twisted way I kinda want Yuri to become Wraith so Spider-Man has to fight her because I feel that could be a really good fight both from a gameplay and a story perspective
@@tai2664 Aunt may managed to knock him out in ASM 114 In Peter Parker The Spectacular Spider-Man 300 Felicia got past his spider sense by proposing to him then she scratched him So yea anyone close to him can get past it Also if Pete is distracted, they can get past it
I feel like the city that never sleeps is like the beginning of the second spiderman then you also fight hammerhead and potentially Yuri at some points
Insomiac said if this were a TV show the main game is season 1, and this dlc trilogy is season 2, my guess another set of dlc or Spider-Man 2 is Season 3
I don't want that either. I think she's such a great character and I see spidey and Yuri as a cool team. If she becomes a villain in the next game it's gonna break my heart for real
Rage and Vengeance cancel out rational thinking. Had Yuri been in a more calm state and better frame of mind, she never would have threatened Spidey like that. She never did in the main story and was always appreciative of his help. But since she was obsessed with and hell bent on paying back Hammerhead, she saw Spiderman as a hinderance instead of an ally.
I gotta say this game Does AMAZING with Villains: Mr. Negative Dr. Octopus Electro Vulture Scorpion Rhino Taskmaster Tombstone Hammerhead Black Cat And Now Wraith With Tombstone, Mr. Negative, Hammerhead, Wraith, and Taskmaster not being Spidey's best Known Villains This Game REALLY helps bring them into the spotlight. It's The Best PS4 Game I've Ever Played and at The Moment My Favorite Game PERIOD and I know Millions of Others have had the same/similar Reactions to the game. Also, With Wraith now Here, Does that Mean Spider-Cop is Returnin'? When Criminals are on the loose, He shall not rest Until They are Defeated, He... is... SPIDER-COP! I gotta Say, I like How in The Main Game Spider-Man Goes From Cartoony to Serious to Cartoony to Serious and The Game ends with Cartoony, That Really Shows That This Game KNOWS how to get Spider-Man Right, But This New Serious DLC Story Spider-Man, I like it, It Works Greatly.

2:55 seeing his cracked Spider-Man watch lay on his corpse made me sob for 3 min straight. I couldn’t even finish the mission during the moment. It for some reason it just felt disrespectful to not give this fictional character a “moment of silence”. I paused the game, stared at his watch, and cried.
I hope in sequels we will see Yuri confrontation with her father, who has always been root cause of her downfall. As her father was corrupted policeman, it gave her strong, fanatical sense of justice.
@@Uppu999 DLC is something that isn't in the game but can be afforded,it's sometimes a sequel or a prequel of the game or something that isn't in the main story (like Characters)
I mean, she's a police officer so she does have he power and authority to kill someone that is trying to kill her... And killing someone who deserves it should harden her enough to be more efficient at getting rid of the evil guys in the future. He should've let her do her job. She'd be traumatized for a decade or so, but time should give her enough maturity to just deal with it.
Dude that is something she should hace say to spider-man when he tell her she can't kill people and responde saying something like Yuri:You think i didnt kill criminals even before you appear or my men didnt kill too? We are normal people figthing against super powered criminals every day with nothing but weapons you think people will mourn for this bastard? And don't say"killing won't change anything or bring your men back" do you have any idea many of my men i lost when figthing kingpin or Octopus and his sinister six during the devil breath incident we put everyone in jail but did that change anything or bring my men alive no it didnt

In the starting of turf wars I thought why is Yuri not wearing a bullet proof jacket like others but when I saw her beat the goons in such badass way I understood that she is really skilled

Yuri is the definition of those TikTok people trying to act like they're badass by shooting someone and finishing them off while someone tells them to stop, except she actually does it.
