You two!! I was BEAMING watching this!! And wow! Two full on meal recipes in one day and then filming it is a feat!! You guys are too cute for words! THANK YOU for your sweetness and genuine support and just good vibes!! And the smoothie bowl~ little to no liquid is where you wanna start and really frozen ripe bananas are ur best friend! so many benefits, been vegan for 5 years now. im pretty certain it will help your skin LOADS!! i think you should try it and be constistent, you will notice changes. i am never going back. i love that you share this! such a good message

I'm actually gonna make a bean stew for dinner today so seeing this video, where you blended part of the chili, only a couple of minutes before I begin cooking was really helpful because I sometimes feel like it comes out too watery so I'm gonna try mixing part of it to make it thicker!

I switched to primarily plant based diet a little over a year ago and my digestion has improved a TON! I didn't even feel like I had digestion issues prior, but now it's sooo much better, effortless, regular and just amazing (sorry not the nicest topic haha). For me, I don't limit to plant-based, because when I am at my parents, out for dinner, etc. I want some freedom and flexibility to enjoy life, but at home I cook fully plant-based and I love it 😊

so nice, i've been vegan for 3 years, had the same story with my skin twice on accutane, didn't help, plants make it better. Just a tip, better rinse of beans before adding them in, it helps with digestion.

With the smoothie bowls to get it to a thick consistency (where you can flip it above your head and it doesn't move), aim to put basically 0 liquid (to start with very VERY little milk/coconut water). Blend with the vitamix and stir and blend, then put in the liquid little by little. And yeah 0 ice haha. Because once you blend it, it turns into water (why it gets more watery).

I started my vegan journey with a 30 day challenge. After that I went back to vegetarian and dairy stuff and felt unhealthy. EIGHT years later I'm still vegan. The cooking get easier to work with because as you said you improve and learn what to do differently after you've tried something. Like more frozen bananas for the "nice cream" it's called "nice cream" because no one suffered to make the ice cream. I wish you luck. Thank you for the video.

I'm a pescatarian and I try to avoid dairy and gluten. This diet works well for me & would recommend it for good skin!

I'm vegan and this was inspo. I always forget about one pot meals like chili that may take a little time to make but you just reheat and go for leftovers. So easy, filling, and full of protein

frozen bananas are a must for the creaminess you're looking for in the smoothie!! Peel, break apart and freeze in a big ziploc and you'll be set :)

Need to try that veggie chili!! I don't even really like chili but that looks so good with all of the veggies. I just did a Vegetarian for a week video and only lasted 5 days haha. But I will definitely try that chili recipe and add it to my vegetarian meals for the week. Thanks for sharing!

I eat plant based 80% of the time. The ONLY time I break out is when I eat dairy ☹️. Also my tummy likes me more when I eat plant based. Try it just for a little bit!

I went completely plant based for 1.5 years & it had detrimental effects on my health (esp mental health - made my anxiety disorder worse) -- my suggestion would be to be 80% plant based & 20% animal products! It all depends on how your certain body is built to absorb plant vs animal nutrients. For example, some people can't absorb plant iron as well as animal iron! Just be careful :) Regardless - LOVE Earthy Andy's cookbook and this was fun to watch!

Thanks a lot for your videos!💞 I think that we should follow a balanced diet which implies that we could eat a bit of everything but it is true that at least we should eat fruit and vegetables 5 times per day! You should come to Spain and taste our Spanish food which is really healthy and good!😊

I love your authenticity! I discovered you from Alanna Blanchards Instagram though the giveaway. I really enjoyed your story time video about how you became an influencer! I’m here for you for the long run my friend and I have a feeling you will go really far and have the capacity do accomplish so many awesome things. I loved this video in particular because now that I have gone plant based and stuck with it (I was intrigued for the health reasons as well), I feel so amazing. It also has connected me to my other purpose which ties into doing what I can for the environmental. I would recommend watching the documentary “The Game Changers”, “Seas piracy” and I would also recommend listening to a few talks by Dr Michael Gregor and Dr Joel Furhman! I am taking the time to write this because I think if people on RU-vid as my friends and thats why I follow like minded people to help inspire me to continue living towards my hopes and dreams and purpose. I really think you have the ability to use your platform for some amazing things and I see such a twinkle of special individuality and positivity from you! Love it! I can’t wait to get to know you more and I hope you do try going plant based for 30 days, I think it will help connect you to a rewarding purpose for the animals and planet. It also is a smart business move since more people are looking for more content around plant based to help motivate each other. This may also encourage health brands to reach out to you! Xoxoxo ultimately it is your vision though and I’m here for it no matter what!

As someone who has been dealing with acne for 10 years now, I can confirm that going vegan/plant-based definitely helped with my skin. Dairy was one of the main causes for my acne but somehow I never thought it would be a problem until a year ago, when I actually started to focus on the foods that could cause acne. Unfortunately, there is no universal perfect solution for clearing (my) acne. This past year of eating vegan, I've been also more aware of how stress, exercise routines and other things in life are also major acne triggers. I think it's such an interesting subject that I could write about it all day long. I really appreciate seeing you showing how it is to have acne, and it helps me (and others) not feeling alone in this. Thank you!

A book recommendation that helped clear my skin is "in the FLO" by Alisa Vitti. It's about balancing hormones naturally, focusing on each phase of the menstrual cycle. Another interesting book is "Period repair manual" by Lara Briden. But I'd recommend reading Alisa Vitti first because it actually changed my life. Not even kidding. :)

Exactly this time last year I did a 60 days vegan challenge and I did a blood test done before I started and after 60 days. For me it did not really work, couple of my results became worse after the diet (I did pay attention for the balanced diet I had been logging and measuring my food for years now so I made sure I had enough macros). However I do think for some people it is a pretty good diet and for it is not the right one

Veganism has incredible health benefits (watch "What The Health") and is the best way do reduce your carbon footprint. The one thing that's most important though is that it saves lives. We're all vegan at heart, so it's time for people to align their actions with their morals. Remember, there is no such thing as "ethical meat" or "sustainable seafood", all it does is calm our conscience. We need to care more. We all share the same planet, and we all deserve respect 🐽💕

Plant-based does NOT mean vegan. It means the majority of the foods you eat are plants but you still can eat meat from time to time or once a week, once a month, etc. So you can totally be plant-based and still eat your meat! Being plant-based is not only insanely good for your body, but it is also good for the planet, and of course the animals. The book BlueZones (areas of the world where people live the longest) talks about plant-based lifestyles and the ethical reasons behind them-- great book! Hope this helps :)

I feel like every vegan salty recipe has either some sort of chilli or strong piquant spice or curry, both which I hate T_T I eat mostly vegan the sweet part but struggle with the salty part :(

I just ordered this and already regret it 😭 I got a year and the price is only for you to have the membership which you pay in full up Front and they never asked me for my address, the website is odd.. customer service basically told me they can’t help me when I was trying to navigate the website.. and you can only buy meats in large packages which adds up to $80 the cheapest was chicken and the rest were like $150+ for me cus I’m shopping keto. No meals for kids just snacks that you can get anywhere else and yah 🤦🏼‍♀️ there goes that. If anyone else has the membership and can help me get a box together I’d be happy but so far I can’t find ingredients that coincide.. just a couple snacks for the kids and some bagged chili’s and chips and I’m already past $60 lol after just paying $60 for the membership and I think your first box is the only free shipping too by the way.

YES to plant based but no to full on vegan, I was not getting enough healthy fats being vegan (probably my own fault) or enough protein to support balanced hormones and healthy skin, my carb intakes was too high and that interfered with my blood sugar and caused hormonal breakouts, so just beware of that and don't make the same mistakes I did!
