Bio!! That's awesome how you interviewed this guy! He's such a good dude! Bio's channel really is a wealth of great information for obscure retro content. People really are missing out if they don't check him out. Omg dude I miss the days of being able to pick up a stack of games with a console for somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 to 40 bucks. Boy late 90's/ early 2000's internet was a wild freaking west. I remember visiting Pokémon websites and Zelda sites as well. Discovering so much information for videogames was so damn cool back when the internet was in its infancy and we couldn't tell the difference between facts and hoaxes. I totally agree with Bio. The indie scene has covered nes aesthetics enough. If it was more in the style of a somewhat modern Zelda title, it'd be awesome. Fun stream as always, dude!

thanks for the kind words. yeah man those early fan sites were really cool and always had fun layouts. i miss it when websites had styles like that

For real! Back in the days, websites had more personality. Modern RU-vid and other conglomerates Google etc. have sort of pasteurized online media so it’s all so samey now. I still use a few like Serebii and Backloggery but even the idea of websites are becoming obsolete with the advent of apps and smart devices.

hey man! today i 100%'ed the original zelda, and i got to say it was very fun. All the dungeons had a nice charm to them, and the bosses were pretty cool.

I use to own the Philips CD-I with the 3 Zelda games. Very interesting story with those games. Too bad my CD-i video was deleted with my old channel. I love A Link to the Past. Love listening to everyone’s experiences and opinions especially with this game.

Yeah I sold them during the pandemic. With the exception of Zelda’s Adventure I sold that to a collector/RU-vidr I like at cost for I paid for it. With Faces of Evil and Wand of Gamelon the hit detection is very funky. The visuals are good the music is great. The bosses only require one hit. Very frustrating games because of the hit detection. Zelda’s Adventure is more comical than anything, the voice acting is so bad. You have to make sure you collect a ton of rupees before the ganon fight. Because they act as your ability to continue when you die.

@@mainelyretro smart move if i say so myself. that sounds accurate from what i know about the games. but the music in them are very cool
