i loveedddd this scene, you could feel how powerful you’ve gotten since the start of the game with the entire forsaken fortress staring in awe and terror as their secondary champion gets blown to hell
When I fought Garuda in Final Fantasy 16 I was like 'Chick, I been fighting giant birds on top of castles since I was ten years old! You ain't got spit on the Helmaroc King, Raging Raven, or Lady Dimitriscu! Join the club!'
Not that it is hard game at all, but I remember when I was 12 and I was so proud of myself for beating this boss without getting hit and I had a quarter of a heart left. It was really tense.
For such a large bird, the Helmaroc King is one of the closest birds to that of any eagle or bird of prey in real life! Now that's a cool birb 2 hear actually, and sounds like a red tail hawk that has lost his throaty normal screech.
This was always one of my favorite fights but imo it was a little too easy for a mid-lateish game boss. I had more trouble with the bastard in the Forbidden Forest when I was a kid than I did with this fight.
@@despina2898 It took me 2 HOURS to get the second pirate rope challenge because rotating Link on the rope in the Game Cube is actually pretty difficult. In fact, the Game Cube's C stick is a HUGE pain in the ass, where as in Ocarina Of Time, I didn't have that problem since C was a set of buttons rather than a stick. However it looks like the problems were fixed in the WII U HD version.
Wait until you meet me who got stuck halfway through Dragon roost cavern and quit the game for like 5 months until I picked it up again and beat the entirety of the game with a walkthrough because I'm a dumbass who can't do anything without help
@@Chris9017 I’ve never used a GameCube, but isn’t that the one where the controller has the really weird placement of a clanky joystick that caused some sort of skin irritation due to poor quality materials or something?
The three Link starts with, one for killing Gohma, one for killing Kalle Demos, one for killing Gohdan. That's six. Must not have been doing many side quests.
