I miss Grandma's raspberry pies, I like the Lite controller series so far with the 1 and 2 just the face button layout in Bluetooth for each threw me off
The Zero 2 is amazing when held in a single hand as a way to have key inputs. It’s great for art programs. I have my most used shortcuts set to it. It adds a ton of flexibility to the controller when you start thinking outside of video games.
If you want more flexibility for a single hand dedicated to inputs, assuming you need more flexibility, you could get a gaming keypad and reprogram all of the keys as macros.
Lite2 much worse than Lite1 because it has no XINPUT mode(!) and sticks on this small size factor not needed. they not so accurate like sticks on large size gamepad & buttons much durable. if you need sticks better purchase full-sized gamepad. and Zero2 is worse because it has old old microusb connector. while we in 2024 where every device has USB-c make a microusb is a shame🤦 in Addition Zero type not having sixaxis controller, that makes it not compatible with a lot of games where it need 2 sticks for aim+move separately. Seriously i not understand designers of 8Bitdo, because new models supposed to be better than old ones, but they made worse
A good thing is that you can pair the lite 2 to windows in switch mode and with 1 or 2 software or even directly in steam, you can use it easily with no problem.
hey, do you mind to give explanation on how to connect it to pc? I tried to connect it to pc with D mode but some button has mixed mapping and so do you have any recommendation what tools or apps can be used to mapped the keypad? thanks
I believe it's preference of you want a super small controller with less buttons are a controller that I a little bigger with more buttons can't go wrong either way.
