Thanx for the video! Im wondering how to connect a SSD for recording to my BMPCC 6K, because cameras USB is used by the transmitter. Possible? I dont wanna use cards when using the transmitter and couldnd find an answer to this so far

yes, that is unfortunately not possible, you have to connect the usb cable, if you want to control your bmpcc's iso, aperture and so on, but if you just need the video feed for wireless transmission, so e.g. the client or director can see, then you can connect the transmitter only with the hdmi cable an on the other side a usb cable for power, but the camera control cable you could leave out and still record to ur ssd as normal

Do you have to connect the transmitter to the gimbal? If so, how can you stop the gimbal from charging the transmitter? It drains the gimbal’s battery.

hi, to update just turn on the image transmitter, and under wifi setting of phone connect to it, then open zy play app and under the transmitter tab it should pop up a firmware upgrade notification if it's not on the latest firmware

I upgraded the transmitter but i do not work. It is red, green, blu light. I Connect via wifi and evert thing seems right. But the screen i Black, i have a sony FX9 on the gimbal. The hdmi works out of the camera. But there is no usb in on the camera... what is wrong?

Marcel Brandel yes, i just Tried to change the camera to 50p and then the video worked....is there a way to make 25p work?

Marcel great vid. This is exactly what i want to do with mine. I must have been doing somethign wrong because i could not get the controls for the gimbal on this screen. I'll try again tonight. I dont need the camera control i just want to control the gimbal and see the video feed from hdmi. Ideally, control the focus motors on the gimbal also .

Good day, I'm having trouble saving photos. I have a Crane 3S for a kid. when I run the timelips, the camera takes pictures but they are not stored anywhere. I have a Canon Mark IV and a Transmitter. Video works but photography doesn't. can you help me? Thank you

We have looked everywhere for that 5''- 6'' inch cable you used for the GH5S because we also have a GH5S. Could you point us in the right direction to find that cable because our CRANE 3S did not come with that cable rendering the wireless unit unusable for the GH5S.

Same here. There is no USB 3.0 to USB C Cable in the box(3s Pro).

Wheres the demo showing how you can move the gimbal by moving your phone around in your hand? Does that feature need the Transmitter?

What about the new version? I don't know which one is the right choice for the Crane 3S, The Transmount Transmitter 2 or the Transmount Transmitter AI. Can't find any review.

Unfortunately my crane3s, went on sleep mode and and couldn’t come out anymore. I had to send back, because I couldn’t even restart the entire system again. I tried to contact the manufacturer, they couldn’t help me over the phone, because they English was limited . Hopefully they will improve their services.

I had the same issue a week ago with my crane 3s, I had to take it back where i bought it from and thank God there's this Chinese guy works there it took him almost an hour just trying to get it wake up. I don't know what he did on the computer coz he had the gimbal connected to the computer. if the issue is still there I can ask on your behalf and see if he can help

What I observed that, Image is recorded in phone app only, not in camera card. How can I record my footage in My Sony A6400 camera with Zhiyun Weebill S and Transmount image transmitter

2:43 None of the cables that came with the Crane 2s box fit my Nikon D750 camera. I would need a cable with 8pin on one end and mini-usb on the other, but such a cable doesn't exist. I tried connecting an 8pin-to-USB to a USB-to-miniUSB, via a USB-female-to-USB-female adapter, but that gave out a 0% signal! Any Nikon owners out there? What adapter works for you?

Thanks a lot for your video and the other that I watched with pleasure :) Do you know which cable I need to use to connect my S1H or my EVA1 to the image transmitter? I just find one cable in my package and it's not the good one :/ I think I have the same problem than AO DGTL :)

I'm having issues with the Image Transmitter 2.0 and my Crane 3s. The smart follow/object tracking feature doesn't seem to be there once it's connected to the phone. Am i doing something wrong?

Nevermind, just realized the Camera on the gimbal needs to be in "CCS" - after that tracking works great!

I was able to follow the steps in this tutorial until connecting to the Wifi. I saw the "ZHIYUN_TECH_74BD" listed and connected to it in my iPhone's settings menu. I entered the password "12345678" and it successfully connected, but then it tells me "No Internet Connection" and when I go to the ZY Play app and try to connect to the transmitter it prompts me to start over (routing me back to settings). How should I troubleshoot this?

To connect the GH5 to a CRANE 3S you need 2 USB C cables because the COV-03 only has 2 USB C ports... One for the Gimbal to transmitter and one from transmitter to Camera... for those who've watched this video and was still lost because he mentions GH5s.... its not exactly like the GH5. which is not clear.

Does not work as advertised at all. Transmount system does not function as shown using Android phones. In fact I would say if you don't have an iPhone zhiyun products are a waste of money. They could go after the bigger market but they clearly only want Apple users using their products. I fully regret not going with DJI

Hello. Do you know if theres is a cable to control the red epic/scarlet? I think it would have to be a usb C cable that connects to the transmiter, to 4 pin Lemo that connects to the sync port of the lower back side on the red. I have seen your video that you balance a red scarlet and I know this video is 2 years old, but I just wondering if you know if there is such cable and if that connection is posible. I have the crane 3s pro and the red epic 5k. Thanks in advance.

unfortunately there isn't, if you want to gain control access of RED, you can maybe use red control or foolcontrol app to do that.

@@ivancuetowicq I remember there were ways around it, but it's truly not worth it and not reliable. In real filming scenarios, I've used RED Scarlet-W and Komodo. Both when controlling remotely with app is just a good to have case. The app is not the most reliable. Often losing signals and you'd have to reconnect. With Komodo it's now better, but especially with older gen RED cameras, I don't recommend.
