What's your experience with it? A lot of people say it breaks after months of usage. QC is really bad at Zhiyun. I had to return a Zhiyun Crane 3S Pro set 2 times and had to go with a different brand. Horrible Customer Support as well! There are no more Zhiyun TransMount Battery packs being made and everywhere they are sold out/out of production. Once this battery goes bad you'll send it to Zhiyun and have to wait ages (needs to be sent to China) and they will send you back one that isn't fixed and say they can't do anything about it. Battery pack is essential for more torque when pushing max load.
I'm having trouble with Vortex Mode. The camera is pointing in the wrong direction; towards the base of the gimbal. How to fix this? Otherwise, my gimbal is working fine. But I really need to fix this Vortex Mode issue. Please assist! Thanks!
Hello! So I am having issues with the modes not working. I switch to L mode and my axes will not lock. And when I switch to F mode, it will not follow when I move it. Would you happen to know why that is? Or how I can fix it?

I would love for you to help me, I have bought the crane 3s to use it with my canon c200, I stabilized it for the first time but when I turn it on the blue light turns red in pov and neither a motor works, it does not stabilize or anything, in the command appears update followed by an X , hopefully you can help me since I have filming from tomorrow with this equipment and it is not working for me.
Very good video!! I have the same Crane 3S with a Panasonic EVA 1 and a canon 24-70mm lens. But I can see some vibration when I walk with the system. How can I set up the motors to avoid that vibration? Thanks in advance

I have a problem. The first time I turned my Gimbal on, it worked fine with some calibration of course. All the modes worked flawlessly. However, I took it on a shoot and none of the modes were accessible by pushing the mode button on the side and the joystick wouldn't control the angle of the camera at all in PF mode. I've made sure all the firmware was up to date. Do you have any ideas?
Sony a7R3. Crane 3 S 1.78 nothing works. No shutter. Can’t take photos. Can’t control IOS or nothing. Also I set USB in camera to PC + Camera mode. I have a smaller Sony joy sticks and it works great. Can you please help.
Any reason the SmartSling handle wouldn’t power on? Is there a power button for it? When I install it onto the Crane 3s, the LED doesn’t turn on. I must have gotten a dud.
Crane 3S is absolutely horrible, terrible QA. I had to return a complete Crane 3S Pro package twice and got a refund not from Zhiyun but the seller I bought it from. Rusted/corroded batteries when unboxing/broken TransMoun Battery pack and the worst is: the design of the locking mechanism is bound to fail after months of usage.

I am using the crane 3S-E and if there is a way to easily recenter the gimbal, that would be awesome! By the way, thanks for your tutorials! Really made my start with the 3S much easier.
Hi, thanks for the video. I‘m looking for a mode where you can adjust the view of your camera with the joystick like in the PF mode but also following my tilt movements like in the F mode. I used this a lot in the dji ronin. For example: I follow someone from behind like in your video, first the cam films the feet after it films the back. The difference is, that i when the cam is on the bottom i tilt it so i can see the person (like a heroshot). After some steps i wanna raise the gimbal and wanna film straight and horizontal. How is it possible?
