Zombie Fairy - An Animated Short 

Once you have opened your mind to see life as it is, and not what we are made to believe, you can never see things the same again...

This would make a VERY GOOD SERIES, maybe even a full length movie. I'd pay to see this, more developed/longer, like an hour and a half! As a series, I could easily see this going on for a few sessions, at least, easily!

It is truly heartbreaking to me that there are so many individuals who seem oblivious to the message. The heart of the matter is that once you begin to engage your mind and recognize the countless atrocities, both big and small, that happen all around us, it becomes impossible to ignore the dire state of our society at both a micro and macro level. It's as if a light has been extinguished, and now you are part of a select group of individuals who bear the weight of this deep awareness. However, with this awareness also comes the internalization of all the distressing aspects that you previously turned a blind eye to, much like the majority of people who have never experienced this phenomenon. Despite his best efforts to erase any trace after discarding his brain, it was already too late as the synapses had already regenerated. The animation was executed with exceptional skill, and I applaud the creator, although it also evokes a profound sense of loneliness.

Moral Of The Story: Not everything is perfect, for something to look good, it must also have to look bad.

This is what we called reality and imagination quite realistic indeed

Animation was done in Flash. Backgrounds in Photoshop. Compositing in After Effects. The car was animated in Toon Boom Animate.

Original, positive. At last someone took this clishee a turned it into something beautiful with her/his own world. Thank you. For the butterflies and for your colours ; )

This is a GREAT story, with many enticing, intriguing questions, like, what's happening to all the brains the zombie fairies are collecting, who gets them, what's done with them?! The zombies don't appear to be getting them, and, THIS zombie is shocked/scared to have one on him without permission! Also, the zombies seem to have some intellect, and sense of self! Also, do things look right without a brain, and, unique/strange, with one! It'd almost seem like you'd be doing better if you didn't have a brain on this world, the zombies don't need one, and, many humans seem to be able to get along without one, too. Again, this would make an interesting series, revealing more details about this world, where zombies and humans live, side by side.

This animation shows, that having a brain and is a gift (The zombie saving the kid from the car, also the other scenes at the end) and a curse (guy getting mugged)

I think this animation may have a lot to do with gore content, when people who consume this type of content see bad real-life situations (like crimes, murders, etc.) They tend to think that the world is just rubbish and has bad people, which can be a trauma forever and can make people never believe in others and live paranoid. However, there are situations that force these people to leave their alienation, and even though they know that life is not 100% bad, it will always have a scar (portrayed as the loss of an arm due to buzzing). From then on, the affected person decides whether to heal (put their arm back and realize that even though life is bad, sometimes it can also be wonderful) or continue without their arm for the rest of life.

Ignorance is bliss, but hurtful to the world.
