Zoom H2 Recorder (Field Record) 

One of the best takes on Smooth Operator ever!! And this recorder sounds amazing! I'm currently toying with getting it myself, and I think this video just answered all my questions!!

Holy crap they are rocking pretty hard! I love my Zoom H2 for this reason!

I love, love, LOVE this! Strange and marvelous fusion and excellent musicians. What a treat. Are you using the onboard mics? It has a great WIDE stereo sound. (just what I'm looking for) Did you record it using the surround feature to get that wide sound?

did you use an external microphone?

how did you set up your zoom?? when i try to record music with mine its very fuzzy and distorted no matter where i put it. when i speak into it, it's crystal clear.
