That paint scheme is quite something. I phinished my Tamiya Phantom a phew weeks ago. It took me about 20 months to phinish. I lost my mojo for awhile and I just couldn’t get motivated to work on it. I phinally decided to just push on. It took maybe a month or so to phinish after I got started again. I think I was too focused on trying to make the perfect kit, and when it didn’t measure up, I got deflated. I’m so happy that I pushed on. It is probably the best result I’ve ever had. It’s an F-4B with USMC markings and a Royal Navy tail flash (aftermarket Dee-cals 😂). I even placed all the stencils which thankfully were not as numerous as your kit. Anyway, enough running on about my experience. Great effort on this kit. I may have to try that decal set. I’ve yet to find a solution that I’m really thrilled with, so maybe this will be the one. Hi. Thanks for the comment. I see what you did there😂. Some times chasing perfection can cause more problems than it solves. I often go down that rabbit hole will varying degrees of success. Glad you have completed your F-4. I still have a good way to go with this one and can't rule out starting another in the meantime 😜
