ZR1 hunting in a GT350R Pure beautiful noise! 

Not taking away from the top American cars made today, but why do you think that Ford and Chevy finally started sending their cars to the Ring? Because they no longer can go off their cheap platforms, crappy engineering, and lame setups. They finally started realizing that in today's sports car world, they have to start making actually good cars. So then instead of just using old technology, such as live axles, they started using better technology, such as converting their cars to independant rear suspension. Them stepping out of their comfort zones finally opened up what American sports cars should've been all along. They still lack in fitment and quality issues compared to the Euro's, but their performance is now as good if not better than the other brands. They had to do that to stay in the game. But they never took their cars to the Ring in the past, because first, their cars weren't track cars by any means, and they knew that their times would be laughable.Gone are those days.

Because I just want to let you know that the “European brand” Porsche, just got the fastest lap recorded on the Ring, with their GT2 RS, which beat America’s beloved hot track car right now, the Camaro ZL1 1LE, by almost 30 seconds per lap, and beat America’s fastest track car as of yet, the Viper ACR, by 14 seconds per lap. That is a murdering!! I don’t need to really explain any further how much better European cars are...

True but American cars are adapting like you said but my point is next big step in performance is now turn for European cars to step up and bring something never seen before but in the end we all win better cars better everything

The GT40 Mk 2A with the webberized side oiler was the finest tenor old Henry ever let loose in Europe. When this little flat crank cammer matures a little, Hell won't hold it.

The Ferrari 458 is best sounding production V8 ever made. The best sounding production car engine of all time is the LaFerrari\F12 V12. The Voodoo is certainly nice but it doens't really sound like a flat plane with it's odd exhaust routing.

Colleen Moss much better in a straight line maybe....a gt350r is built specifically for the track...hard to call a zr1 better than a car that's clearly capable of outdoing them. 638 hp is impressive as long as you can put it down, which the zr1 can't always do on a track, but because of the flat torque curve and pull all the way to 8250 rpms, the gt350r can put all of its 526 hp down

you can watch this car on IMSA racing. watch the first 2 seasons that the gt-350R first appeared in. 2015 and 2016. they are destroying porsche and mclaren on the track. of course the racing teams that had those mustangs are now racing the mclaren's they beat. and now the mclarens are winning now.

You should be making a lot more than 70k a year to buy this car without sacrificing other life goals.

@@kamzyp You can use another GoPro, stick it close to the exhaust and cover it with a deadcat so you can record crisp audio. Than you can clap or something so you can use as a sync sound when you edit your clips.
