Hello, since one of my legs is 1.7 cm shorter than the other, my legs look very asymmetrical on that hip side. Actually, I am a man and the only reason I want to do this is because I am afraid of leg lengthening surgery. So, can a masculine look be created, just to even out the sides, can fat be taken from one side and injected to the other side?
@@beklemeyapmacaykoy3938 great question Yes possibly but ideally need consultation to confirm If you’re not in Miami we can do telemedicine Please send us DM on IG or email us assistant@arthurmd.com
Wish the damn music could be turned down! It's always interesting to hear what they're saying about the procedure. Dang... it just stopped... for a few seconds. Thought we were good!
It was an extremely bad experience using EarWell molds at MyPedia Clinic. and the EarWell team. The product is harmful, and the team is not experienced, nor reliable. Firstly, the stickers were not sticking correctly, and we had to replace them three times in three days.! And in less than 10 days, there was bleeding and a cut in the baby’s ear. They told us it was normal, however, we had to visit another specialist to understand what was going on, and the specialist confirmed that it was absolutely not safe to use them, and they might lead to permanent ear damage. Moreover, we requested them to refund the payment multiple times with no proper reply, and finally started ignoring my messages, however, we got a medical report immediately after removing those stickers and we had to raise a complaint to the local authority to claim back what we paid. It’s completely unsafe and absolutely unprofessional. It was an awful experience
Great Q. Yes, in the sense that the fat matrix injections will generate the own person’s fat regardless of their Biologic status. One does need to consider that transgender Women may have larger volume to fill, depending on the anatomy (eg insertion of glut med, Size of muscle, position of the greater trochanter bone, etc. So may require more volume. Similar concept for BBL in transgender women. Often requires larger volumes and perhaps two sessions. Hope that helps!
@arthurdesrosiersmd it does help me with understanding the procedure is just as effective on transgender women even though it will be determined on a case to case basis in relation to the individual's physique on whether the patient require two treatments. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.
@@sierra-legacyavila thank you for asking the Q bc I think I should put a blog post on my new website www.arthurMD.com when we launch this month so you are my inspiration for that blog 🙏
Love his demonstration. He seems authentic. The result is so subtle, so smooth. Love it. They never say how much it costs but we all know it’s very expensive
Great question, since we do have people traveling all over the country as we are one of the only centers that are actually performing Leneva hip dip injections. Obviously the exact dollar amount can only be dialed down once our doctor does an evaluation, which is free -we do telemedicine evaluations complementary. Having said that in general the range is going to be between 5000 and 15,000 for hip dips and in between 10,000 and 20,000 for a liquid BBL. Please contact us for your free telemedicine evaluation so we can give you an exact quote and determine if you’re a candidate for the procedure. Thank you! :-)
Well that is actually a cis Gender woman 👙 but the thong is actually functional for the procedure because she had some nodular acne on the lower back / buttocks so in order to perform the full procedure it was necessary 🤩 good question 🙋
Would the black foam directly over top the integra graft damage the wound? I was told to use adaptic or some contact layer under the black foam. I got a nice lecture from a vascular/podiatric reconstruction surgeon at John’s Hopkins about the importance of using a contact layer.
Integra BIlayer already has a secondary dressing built into it - that is the silicone secondary / contact layer - so you can put black foam direct over integra bilayer NOW if you are referencing integra Thin or any other integra amnion graft (or any other skin substitute in general ) THEN the answer is Yes you always need secondary such as adaptic or mepitel etc
This is an actual patient in the video. And she is actually smiling! It’s just that when you get botox your crows feet muscles are intentionally relaxed…..
Yes EllaCor can be used to treat acne scars. Obviously it’s off label but it is effective in treating acne scars. Thank you for giving me the idea for the next RU-vid video!

in general: if pressure holds and continues to hold, yes, it is normal full disclosure: cant diagnose or treat via internet were you able to reach your surgeon?
Good question. It’s patient comfort. The cord can be run inside pants for example and then the battery pack placed in a pocket . If the cord runs towards the foot….harder if ambulatoryS Ofc if patient is in wheelchair then doesn’t matter.
Got a second degree burn while working at Popeyes forearm rested on top of the oven for about 5 seconds reaching above it to get something and the damage was immediate lol pulled my arm down looked at the spot ran it under some cold water and went to rub the area and the skin just sluffed off. covered it with like 5 huge bandaids and kept working took about 3 months to heal
How long does the process last? And all the sticky clear tapes you applied, when are those removed? My mom's leg skin is very delicate and any tape applied to the skin can rip the skin off when removed.
